The ordering process was quite simple with a step by step advancement to checkout. Once the order was placed I was frequently emailed as to the order status. Even the Walmart address and phone number of the store nearest my son's home in Hurricane, Utah were emailed to me. My son reported to me that the Razor Graffiti Chalk Scooter arrived and in good condition and in plenty of time for my granddaughter by Christmas! I'm very satisfied with my experience ordering online, and having the item forwarded directly to my family out of state.
