Just wanted a small table for a laptop that I could use anywhere in the house. Easy to put together and exactly what I was looking for. It was great until it broke! I use my computer every day, but always kept the tilt in the same position. Part of the table tilt mechanism sheared off from within and now the computer table portion of it is completely unstable. What a hassle, I've had it only 6 months and have to replace it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

It looks nice. But the particle board material the desk section is made from disintegrates easily during assembly. The 4 screws fell out during the installation process. The holes were simply stripped so the screws were more or less pulled straight out of the boards composing the desk. I had to drill new holes 1/2 inch from the original location to ensure the desk was adequately mounted sine the original holes disintegrated.
Also, it's tipsy / wobbly. If you have a laptop you cherish, don't put it on this thing at maximum height. It VERY easily falls over due to the way the casters are arranged. It's simply not balanced well. I'm not sure about the other laptop stands but it may be worth it to spend the extra dollars to get something well-balanced and not made out of cheap materials.
