I had an older model of Omron monitor prior purchasing this one. The only thing I wish this one provides a case for convenience when traveling. The old model included the case.

This monitor is great, the best part is the cuff that works for small and large arms. The other feature I love is average reading where it takes three readings and gives you the average reading of them all. Easy to use. The only thing its missing is a case!

Blood Pressure Monitor is easy to use. The capability to store and connect to my computer is a big Plus.
Shipping was fast but had a small problem. We thought that the product was being shipped Fedex and used our street address as required by Fedex. The product was shipped Fedex Smart Post and delivered by our USPS mail person. We would have shipped it to our Post Office Box address had we known this.

I would recommend this monitor to anyone. It's easy to use and it has great optional settings for blood pressure readings and average readings for day and night. I especially like the capability of uploading the stored readings to my computer instead of logging each reading manually on paper. This monitor allows you to upload the readings to the Health Vault Center, which can be accessed later from your physician's office. Walgreen's has a monitor with this feature, but their large arm cuff is inferior. The cuff on this monitor is durable and comfortable. It's a great buy for the price.

Had a cheaper version and it was erratic - This one is very consistent and closely matches the DR's office readings. I like that it will download to the computer and I don't have to write down all the readings. It doesn't work wit MAC OS however.

had an older model and lost it during reconstruction. after reading reviews on various other models and manufactures, this model came on top.
i love the export feature to a 'spreadsheet' type of database .. printable .. which is great for doctor visits.
both my better half and i use this on a daily basis. definitely worth the extra dollars

I would highly recommend the Omron 10 series BP monitor. The capability of recording BP summaries and graphs on your PC makes it handy to bring to your physician. So far, I really like it and the only problem I have is fighting my husband for the computer.

I left my last blood pressure cuff in a hotel room. It was a wrist cuff - portable and convenient. Omron stopped making this cuff - or any wrist cuff with the feature to download data. I selected the Series 10 solely for that reason - I want to download and chart the data.
It's simple to use. For up to two people and a guest - why do others get such a kick out of taking their blood pressure at home? Sometimes I think it's a challenge as to whose BP is lower (or pulse). Blood pressure fluctuates and I haven't yet had the opportunity to compare this units reading with my doctor's instruments. The wrist cuff that I had was very accurate; I'd expect this one to be too.
