I have bought about 50 of these.
- Used commercially in a hotel, but very little difference from home use ... runs 24 hours a day either way, but may not be opened for weeks in a hotel setting. Most guests never open at all.
- Units are always defrosted as needed.
- In a 3 year period, about 15 % have failed ... I would expect maybe 3 to 5%.
- Remember there could be some guestroom abuse ... leaving door open for extended periods, but no abuse has ever been detected.
In three years price has gone from about $65 to $98.

Got the black one. Looks a little industrial/commercial but it's for the office so that's fine. A little smaller on the inside than I expected, especially the freezer. So far, it has been keeping the temperature very constant and the compressor is VERY quiet, almost silent.

I have this under my desk just behind where I sit and it is super quiet and keeps food and drinks very cold. I started with a very high (cold) setting but the food has been so cold that I have turned it down a couple of times. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I can't comment on durability but so far I don't have any complaints and would definitely recommend it, which I have already done when my boss saw it and wanted one of his own!

A perfect little fridge. Runs quietly. I had it tucked under a desk for a couple of weeks before anyone noticed it! Keeps cold enough - just have it on setting 4 out of 7.
Only complaint is that ever 30-40 minutes it makes a thunk sound. Otherwise you don't hear anything at all.

My first B&D fridge was a 1.7 nu cool fridge that lasted about a year before dying. This 1 isn't of that type so i hope it lasts longer. The bottom shelf is 1/2 rack and the rest is a molded shell covering the motor in back. Never wanted a freezer section so it wouldn't ice up, but its whats common with most of this size, so i turned down the temp and removed the door so it chills the fridge.
At first, I ordered it as a site to store purchase but it was too big as delivered to fit in my car so I had to return it and reorder it as a home delivery. It arrived well packed but with a scratch on the top probably done before it was even boxed and packed for shipping?

I bought this for my office and it is a perfect size. The freezer is (as expected) not very helpful, but maybe I will want to make the tiny ice or put something in there, so I am happy it was included. The freezer door doesn't really close, but that's okay.
I got the black color and it fits perfectly under a side desk I happen to have my office. It is nice to keep extra water and salad dressing, etc. in there. This is larger than those cube fridges I used to have in the college dorm, but smaller than some others they sell. It has more than enough room for my stuff and looks professional.

I have only had this for a month and so far it is better than my expectations. I filled the ice cube tray and it froze the ice cubes very first day and they have stayed frozen. I have a 20 pack of beer in it and there is still room for more stuff.It is a great little fridge.

I'd originally planned to buy a slighty larger office fridge, but since it's no longer availabe, bought this one. It's great! It chilled quickly - in the right places: I can fit a couple of ice therapy packs AND a frozen meal in the freezer compartment, but my veggies, fruit & dairy stay their proper temp. A fine buy.

It makes ALOT of noise, it some times shuts off my power when it re boots or what ever it does when it makes a loud band, also its really hard to open, i tipped it over 1 time trying to open it and everything fell, it is really fragile, like moving it and i was expecting way better, if you guys have a heart, i would love a refund.

We purchased this refrigerator for my Mother in law in a nursing home. It don't have many shelves so if that is what you are wanting then this refrigerator may not be for you. But it has kept her cold foods cold and frozen foods frozen. She has the one very tiny ice tray that came with the unit in the freezer and we buy the package of 3 ox containers of ice cream at Walmart and take her several. There is plenty of space on the door to hold things like her soft drinks and we keep a mug also there to put plastic spoons. So for her it is perfect. I'm not so sure for a hungry teenager in a dorm.

I purchased this fridge for my son's media room 3 years ago and it has not stopped working all this time. It keeps everything really cold, it has a lot of space. Fabulous. I am about to buy one for my bedroom for drinks, lemons for my tea, etc. you surely won't go wrong buying this fridge.

After comparing prices to reviews, I decided not to buy a mini fridge for my garage - until I found this one. The price was great, shipping only $5.00, and packaged well. This mini fridge is great. It is quiet when running, cools like an Alaskan January, and the freezer actually keeps ice cream bars frozen. I would say this is the best refridgerator on the market and Walmart has the best price you'll find.
