This is very easy to use, and does a pretty good job of cleaning up. It costs the same as some of the bigger vacuums, so if you have large spaces to clean, you'd be better of getting one of those. But if it's mainly because your animals (or kids, like me!) have accidents or throw up on spots of your carpet, it works wonderfully. It's easy to fill the solution, you just push a button, and it goes to work for you. The manual upholstery cleaner is also really easy to figure out. You just spray the water where you want it and then suck it up with the brush. Super easy and works really well. Definitely worth it if you just need small spots cleaned, and it takes up much less room than an upright deep cleaner.

I work from home. I bought this for when my 4 Shih Tzu's have accident's. I can just plop this baby down on the spot. They tend to get sick when eating to fast. I don't have to get out my big carpet cleaner on such small area's. It's easy to empty, and fill, that's a big plus. It does an excellent job, love it.

This is a wonderful little rug cleaner. We have a dog, and he occasionally gets sick on the carpet. This is great for cleaning up. It is also good for dirty or muddy footprints. You just put it on top of the spot and it does the work.

Worth the money

I started by using this machine on my microfiber couches that my two year old had made unrecognizable and I was astonished they looked brand new. So then I had to put it to the test of using it on my car interior which I thought was a lost cause since a couple years ago a detailing shop stained my seats with their chemicals and again my two year old took it upon his self to make it his art studio. So I did have to use a Bissell spot spray and let it set on the more set in stains, but my car looks new and it smells awesome. So yes this was definetely worth every penny, I just am disappointed I had not purchased one sooner.

This little machine really works and does exactly what it says it will. Removes deep down spots in carpets in 5 minutes that I couldn't scrub up in 2 hrs using elbow grease . Love the way it shuts itself off when finished. Great buy!

Used this on soda stain that just kept coming back. It actually cleaned so well that the carpet looked new where the stain had been. You just pick the setting you need regular or set-in stains, and turn it on. It does the rest. The stain has not come back and it has been two weeks - so it's gone for good.

I researched this product a few months ago & thought it would be great to have with a puppy & baby to clean up after. I have read the reviews but was still a little sceptic. Well tonight I came home to find my dog had been adventurous and got out a bag of chocolate. I then discovered he threw it all up all over the family room carpet, which is a cream shag. After we made him vomit more and made sure he was ok, I was at a loss of how to get the massive amount of chocolate vomit out of my carpet. A lightbulb went off & I remembered this product. I ran to the store to buy it immediately. All I can say is WOW! This little machine deep cleaned and got every spot out. I pretreated the stain first and let the machine do its thing. When it was done I blotted it dry with paper towel (because I have hardwoods below it) & it blotted completely clean!!! I am amazed. If you are on the fence about this product, get off & run out & buy this machine! You will not be sorry!!!

I purchased this item at the end of April of 2012. I used it to clean up messes from my new puppy. It worked really well for a while but in October 2012 i noticed it wasnt sucking any of the water up anymore and in fact the base portion was leaking water. I inspected the product and could not find out what was wrong. I have contacted Walmart about how to proceeed. IT is a wonderful helper but to spen over $100 on an item that lasts 6 months was not what I would call a great investment. HOpefully the next one will last a little longer if I get an exchange.

I am the owner of a dog and two cats. I have an upright carpet cleaner which I use 4-5 times a week. No, I am not neurotic about my carpets but I do have a dog with a medical condition which causes her to vomit several times a day. I bought this after reading the reviews and while my upright was in for minor repairs ! The SpotBot doesn't clean good...it cleans GREAT! I was worried about having a super clean spot on my carpet when it finished which, I suppose, might be the case if your carpets are really dirty. It does the job. The only thing that would improve this is having a retractable cord. (See, I'm so spoiled I don't even want to wind the cord up!) Don't hesitate about buying this ...it's worth every penny. Bissell you have outdone yourself this time!

This SpotBot is easy to use, but I was very disappointed in it's performance. After usage it would leave a wet circle where it had cleaned. It took at least a day to dry out and it left the whole filled in circle imprint on my carpet.

I got this to help with the clean up of a pre-potty trained puppy. This is great, so easy to use & the cleaner smells great when it's done. Puppy actually had a little diarrhea on a light green carpet- the deep clean setting worked fantastic (can't even tell anything ever happened).
The unit is real user-friendly, it's easy to fill the cleaning section as well as empty the dirty water section. It's an attractive unit. Just a little loud.
My only negative remark: the wet spot left after using is VERY wet. I used either a towel or the hose to suck up the extra moisture so the carpet/padding wouldn't get moldy. It would be great if the machine had an automatic drying option.

I absolutely love this thing! My dog was ill so I had several spots in my carpet that I couldn't get out by hand. I put this thing to work and the spots are all gone! I love to sit it on the spot, hit the button, and walk away!
