No more back pain when I get up int the morning, sleeping comfortably though the night without tossing and turning as I did on the mattress alone. Over a month later and still shocked at the comfort level.

This topper appears to be of excellent quality and there wasn't a hint of the terrible smell other reviewers mentioned - those were older reviews so the manufacturer must have solved that problem. The length is a bit shorter than the mattress but it doesn't really matter. The 3.5" topper is quite high, and I almost need a step stool to get on my bed. The reason I picked this topper was for a softer sleep. But it turns out the topper is just as firm as my mattress, so I'm hoping it will relax after a few months. It is well worth the price through Walmart and it does seem to be very good quality foam and could could almost pass for latex.

Much Needed Comfort for Elderly Mother

I purchased this for my 89 year old Mom who has a hospital bed in her bedroom. After reading the great reviews, I decided to try this brand/style. It came within a week and after the first night, my Mom called to say she had not slept so well in a long time. This mattress topper added much needed comfort to a very hard, flat mattress.

I purchased this for my husband who is a contractor staying at an extended stay. His only complaint was the mattress so I took a chance on this product. I said if it did not make a difference just return it to the local Walmart store. He tried it and called me the next day saying that was the first good night's sleep he had had. I was shocked because he is very picky about beds and I seriously did not think this would make much of a difference. I am happy that it turned out to be a good purchase.

I bought this for the spare bed which was a "mattress in a box" from WM. That bed is nice but because of my severe arthritis, herniated discs in my neck and upper back I have trouble getting comfortable to sleep. The springs in the mattress were hitting some of my pressure points and so I decided to get this topper. Problem solved and this really helps me sleep better (I want my guest bed to be very comfy too, so I had to try it). I am used to the memory foam bed (also from WM) that I have which is a little more firm, but this topper is soft and comfortable so I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with body aches like me.

I recently purchased the Beautyrest 3.5 Geo foam topper. The foam topper is a bit smaller then the actual bed. It doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the mattress. I've only had it for two weeks so maybe it's still growing. It is really soft and great to sleep on, it's like a cloud. It doesn't smell at all. The service at wal-mart was great. I received the topper on time, and they paid for shipping. I would recommend this product to anyone.

At first this item was great. After about three months I noticed an indentation where I was lying. There was one on the other side, too, where my husband sleeps. It seems okay for the cihldren who don't weigh as much, but having the dip can be uncomfortable. Next time I will spend the money for a memory foam.

Better than expected

After reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I have now slept on this for 3 weeks and I really love it. Just the right combination of support and cushioning. My mattress is very firm and I had started experiencing neck problems. Since getting this topper, the pain has almost totally gone away. When it arrived, I opened the plastic wrap and laid the topper out on my floor for a few hours before putting it on the bed to let it unfold completely. I didn't notice any lasting smell and it fit fine on my queen mattress with the regular fitted sheet. I recommend this product!

I ordered this topper to improve the comfort of my new, overly firm mattress. Once unwrapped, the topper regained its full loft within an hour and there was no detectable odor. It is more comfortable and much cooler than my previous memory foam topper.
Note that this topper conforms to the underlying surface. If you put in on an old, sagging mattress, the topper will sag too and you probably won’t be happy.

I have a bad back my mattress was caving in . So i looked at reviews and decided this would be the best solution since i am on a budget. The first 3-4 nights i got really hot and sweated alot. But it takes time for the mattress pad to open up its air pockets. So far i could not ask for better support for my back. I wake up feeling better now and am glad i broke down and purchased this mattress topper. I just hope it lasts a long time.

I didn't want memory foam because I don't like it, but I wanted something better than the normal "egg crate" foam toppers. I didn't realize how horrible my mattress was until I put this on, and I once again have a level, flat bed! It's not too cushy and not too firm, it's just right. So glad I didn't pay $400 for a similar one.

I bought a new mattress that apparently was too firm and I was having a lot of pain in the morning (shoulders, hips etc). The pain is gone since I put this on my bed. I've only had it a few weeks, so not sure how it holds up in the long run. I don't believe it's a Beautyrest though, no where on the actual product did it ever state it was a Beautyrest. It actually had another name brand on it. Misleading...
