These blocks are not as dense as most blocks. Meaning they are more squishy. I have a feeling these won't last a lifetime so I will be buying a higher quality block next time.

Great value. I wish the strap was a couple of feet longer for over-the-shoulder stretches. I'm 5'4" and would need a longer strap.
