I believe the product to be a good purchase however, I did not read the description of the product completely and mistaked it for a washer. I was not in the market for a countertop dryer, but a countertop washer. I returned the product unopened.

I knew with all of the positive reviews this dish dryer has received on multiple websites that it had to be halfway decent. I definitely thought very highly of it before I took it out of the package and now I have nothing but a bunch of respect for the device and the manufacturer. It is a simple product that does a great job at drying dishes. I have 1 and only 1 complaint; at times, water seems to collect beneath the rack and pool instead of going into the excess water tray... But, maybe my counters aren't level?? The dishes that hang beneath the rack have their edges sitting in the water, which means they aren't dry on the edges when you pull the dishes out. I was able to resolve this by either not drying plates or laying the plates at an angle and not in the grooves. Though, this issue only occurs on the 20 minute setting. You don't get that problem on the Automatic or 60 minute setting. It's really not that big of a deal at all, I probably shouldn't have mentioned this, but there are those few people out there that this would make upset. Only about an inch area of the plates are ever wet, because it's only the very edge that hangs in the groove beneath the rack... but it may upset some people.
All in all. If you are tired of drying dishes and getting hair on them with the towels... get one of these. THEY ARE GREAT and I personally think the device is much larger than thought, which is great for adding more dishes.
ALSO - IF YOU ARE A NEW MOTHER OR FATHER, GET THIS FOR DRYING YOUR BABY STUFF!! IT'S AWESOME FOR BABY BOTTLES AND SPOONS!!!!

i bought this Dish Dryer to prevent roaches from coming in to plates, spoon and forks. it does the job and the heater works well too.

I recently had my daughter and thought this would be great for her bottles, so I placed an order.
First, it took so long to get delivered and once I received the item, I was so diappointed!
I didnt' mind the model or anything else, but once I plugged in and pressed the start button, the fan was not turning on!
I had to take it back the next day and I am debating rather I should order another one or just find something totally different for my needs....
