only lasted one season and you need to take it down when it storms it is not made to be heavy duty but im going to buy another one and renforse the problem areas. cant beat the price! OV

Broke within the first day.. The side clip that holds on to the metal frame busted.. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.. SO GLAD I KEPT THE RECEIPT.. DO NOT GET

This canopy is a great idea, but it is not made very well. It worked great on day 1, but the 2nd day that we tried to set this up, the elastic strap attached to the middle steak SNAPPED. This is what holds the entire canopy together and there was not way to fix it.
Positives - It provides shade and privacy.
Negatives - It is poorly made and you have to spend 15 minutes to set it up before each use.
If you must try it, please keep your receipt.

My top also broke after 1 day! We went swimming in the evening heat with the canopy on and it was WONDERFUL! I loved it! However, the next day, the fiberglass pole that supports the middle was broken and the entire canopy was folded over in the water. I plan on taking it back and trying another one, because the benefits were amazing! If this next one lasts, it will be a great investment!

I love the idea of this shading our pool. Having this made us able to place our pool away from trees, which reduces the amount of debri which falls into the pool. It says on the box that it shades 1/3 of the pool, however it does shade 1/2 of our 15' pool! It was simple to assemble and I did it alone, took about 10 minutes total. I love the product but the day I put it up, the patches where the buckles attach to the frame were already stretching away from the fabric they are sewn to, which I'm sure will result in tearing :( For $30 I think it would be worth it even if I have to replace it a couple of times this summer. Another downside is that it prevents a cover that fits over the top of the frame from being used.

I was so psyched to get this canopy to put on my new pool- my daughter and I are so fair. It was very easy to install & was awesome for three whole days...then a bracket broke. The brackets are a joke- some sort of "metal" that broke, and plastic. After a 2 weeks I noticed the fabric was coming apart at the seams in 2 spots. It's very lightweight but cumbersome, so I wasn't about to take it on and off the pool for each use. I couldn't find replacement brackets after searching the web, so I returned it. Very disappointing...

This is great for your pool. Gives a nice shaded area when you have had enough sun but still want to swim.
Be careful when attaching to pool. Clamps are plastic, and breaks easily when attaching poles.
The poles fit in the brackets very tightly.
I have had this attached about 3 weeks, and would still highly suggest.
Stores should carry this product. I had to have mine shipped store to site, but it took a very short time to receive.

Well this is a very good product. It took me no time at all to set it up. My pool is a 15 * 48 and the box says that it will shade 1/3 of the pool however for my pool its 1/2 the pool and for the price its very good. You have a degree of privacy and shade. When i was looking at the picture i couldnt figure if the material was see through. but just so you know its not. The material blocks out the sun well and looks great.

My Pool is 15x48 and in direct sun. This covers 1/2 of the pool. I installed it alone, But, 2 would have been better. Took me all of 15 minutes. It shades nicely and doesn't draw heat so far. Even allows me to put my solar cover off and on easily. Great Price, easy install and protection from the direct sun too. Who could ask for more?/ I Do It was windy today and it held well but it did one thing more. I installed on windy side and it stops leaves and pine needles from getting in my pool too. Will cut down on skimming and vaccuming too. Not to mention my chlorine will last longer too.
