Nice product if use it with regular exercise

Its working in my first week, will see how it goes. much refined version of EMS belts.
the intensity increases gradually.
My fiancé likes it. and is waiting every day to wear it.
The best thing is you don't have to keep replacing the pads which is a huge maintenance cost on other brands.
When trying to use for other muscle groups it can get tricky. due to the length of the belt but not impossible. will need a lot of motivation to do other groups.
I would rate it 7/10 over all.
If you think you are motivated, will continue your regular exercise and you need an extra edge to get the final shape and curves this is best equipment

I purchased this item once before a long time ago, and never tried it, my daughter had and told me it didnt work, well once day I pulled it out of the box and decided to give it a try, WOW! so glad I did I love this thing! unfortuanatly i didnt take care of the first one i bought and the wires came undone, but I hurried and purchased one on line from walmart and am taking good care of it this time, I use it daily, I actually like the feeling, it really works, maybe not as good as if you did a million sit ups, but I dont want to do that!

I just had twins and stuck at 130-135 pounds and was wearing a 32 in pants I started using this product everyday and started drinking water and only doing leg exercises and im down to 129 and wearing a size 28 in pants I let my mom try the product and she fell in love with it too. I have recommended this product to several people who were afraid to use it. If you follow the diets in the book it comes with you will def. see results in a few days.

The product didn't work for me, I felt a vibration on my tummy but that is all. These types of belts supposed to use electric stimulation therapy (EST) to make your ab muscles flex and then rest, based on what they say on their web site and video, but my abdominal muscle never flexed, and when i put it to the max it was just a discomfort feeling, but still my abs did not flex, they did not reacted they way they should. on that note I called the company but their costumer service was horrible, I was trying to see if perhaps the product was defected so that I can exchange it but they weren't welling to help they say since I bought it at walmart I had to deal with them directly. so what I ended up doing was returning it and they lost my vote. I would only say that for me it was a disappointing experience sad cause I had hoped it worked.
