I bought this dresser for my 14 year old son. He only has a minimal amount of clothes that we keep in drawers, and so I thought this one would be perfect. The drawers are tiny. We can't even fit 4 pairs of shorts in one of the drawers. I had to separate everything into so many drawers that now I have to order another one because it doesn't all fit. I am very disappointed. The look of the outside of the dresser is very nice. It doesn't look cheap at all. But I would only recommend this if you are using it for an infant with really tiny clothes or in a guest room.

I bought this to go with a Laguna 3 drawer chest. The Laguna 6 drawer dresser was out of stock (and I didn't know if they would be stocking it again), so I purchased this as a backup. It's a good size, the inside of the drawers are coated (which I like, because then you don't get that wood dust all over your clothes) and it was easy to assemble. However, the finish is kind of matte (looked glossier in the photo) and had a few imperfections in it. I don't usually care about that sort of thing, but one was right on the corner, and is somewhat noticeable. The one major thing I can't stand is that the tops of the drawers have a slot through them, to insert grey plastic trim. This wasn't evident in the picture. I don't use the grey trim on the drawers because it doesn't go with my other furniture, so in certain light you can see the slots in the drawer tops (they are unpainted, so you can see the bare wood color against the dark brown). I will probably have to paint them/fill them in with something. I think they should have made the product without the slots, and made the grey trim optional and made it so that you could glue it on or something if you wanted it. It looks really silly with the trim. It's ok, but I wish I'd spent the money on the Laguna dresser instead, which in my opinion (from the 3 drawer chest I bought) is superior quality and cheaper too! Too bad it wasn't available. I would return this, but it's already assembled and would be too much hassle.. guess I'm just stuck with it now.
