I purchased three of these for a balcony because I preferred the 8' square umbrellas over the similar 9' umbrellas at home depot. While 20$ cheaper than the larger home depot umbrellas, the quality was not even close to the same. The shaft is very cheap metal, light and easily damaged. Two of the three were warped upon arrival and had to be hammered to fit together. The fittings are all plastic instead of metal or wood, and the canopies are cheap and flimsy. Product is cheap, but still far inferior to the actual cost. I only gave it a second star because from a distance they look passable.
