I really need to figure out how to return this because it did not work. Apparently because I have a Virgin Canada sim card it would not load. I really need someone to help me get a refund on this...

Review 2 for (Email Delivery) Virgin Mobile $40 Topup
I bought two pins online and could not use either pin # via website or 800 #. Had to get to a customer service rep (no easy task), which took 15 minutes the first call. Once I had someone, she tried the pins and it gave her an error, wanted me to forward the emails from Walmart confirming my order and then call back. Called back, was told they would have a contact resolution specialist call me. So far, nothing. I thought buying them here would be safer than doing it on the Virgin Mobile website itself, I've been double charged several times with them, but I guess not. Almost $100 spent, I have nothing to show for it and now I can't make calls.

When I bought this I thought that I would get the pin # the next day. Five hours later I got my pin and was up and running again! If you live in Puerto Rico, don't be afraid of purchasing this because it might tell you that you'll receive it in a couple of days because you won't. You'll get the same day guaranteed!

It would be great if Walmart offered the $35.00 top up card online..I had to pay $5 extra for a card I really didn't need. The Virgin Mobile cards are great for what they are used for...

My entire family just switched over from AT&T to Virgin Mobile. So far it is defiantly worth the switch. The top up cards do exactly what they say they do, top up. But it's very simple to do. Especially through Walmart.com. They send the pin right over to your email within 30 minutes and you just add the money to your phone & you're good to go. Would defiantly recommend this plan/company to anyone who wants to save money & receive basically the same service you get from any of these other top cell phone companies.

Overall it gets a excellent because I got what i wanted. Value is "Good" because its only about a dollar cheaper than in stores, cmon wal-mart hook us up :) . Meets expectations is "Good" also because it is suppose to be instant but it takes around 20-40 mins to come to my email, or even longer sometimes. But at the end of that day, if its cold outside, and you don't want to get up and go out to top up your card, just buy it on this site and watch it be sent to your email in mins! Vary convenient!

This is the easiest way to Top Up (add money to account) your Virgin Mobile phones. I purchased it on-line from Walmart, paid with my PayPal account, and within an hour I had the pin number e-mailed to me. I never left the house. I've always loved my Virgin Mobile phone because I get a cool phone for a reasonable monthly price. Walmart makes me love it even more.

Sweet Deal - No Taxes

When adding money to my Virgin Mobile account using the Virgin Mobile website, I get charged somewhere around $2.60 for a $40 top up. If I buy a top up card in a store, there is also sales tax associated with the purchase.
But online? No sales tax. And somehow, Walmart sells me $40 for $39.98. If you have Virgin Mobile service there's no reason to top up any other way than through Walmart.
I've purchased this email delivered top up product twice now and it couldn't be more painless. The PIN email arrives within an hour and I haven't had any issues entering into the Virgin Mobile website. The I simply delete the email instead of throwing a plastic card into the trash.
Virgin Mobile is the best value in phone service for my needs. 1200 minutes plus unlimited text/data for a true cost of $40 per month. Great deal.

I am new to MiFi so when I had to Top-up I purchased the $40 card believing that I would get unlimited 30 days. Instead Virgin just placed $40 on account. So I purchased the Wal-Mart $20 special and they sold it to me for $18. I only use for travel so this is great for me as I have $$ in the account for the next trip.

Top-Up

The product itself (so far as the top-up process through the Wal-Mart website goes) is fairly straight-forward and easy to process.
I was once sold on the whole Virgin Mobile experience, namely because I wasn't a heavy cell phone user and for $25/month, it seemed like such a great deal. I've since changed the amount of time I spend on the cell phone and therefore increased to the $40/month plan. I thought that would be sufficient. By the time I kept 'topping-up' to cover my overage, it would have been cheaper for me to go with the $60/month unlimited plan.
Since then, I switched to the Straight Talk plan, which for $45/month gives me unlimited talk, text and internet. Talk coverage with Virgin Mobile is very spotty and it tends to drop calls, while the Straight Talk piggybacks on the Sprint Network and has much better coverage (albeit not perfect).
Virgin Mobile is cheaper on the front end, but if you're using your cell phone as your primary means of communication, there are much better carriers in the long run. I guess with a 'pay-as-you-go' plan you can't be too picky.

Tried this due to going on vacation so wanted to be able to surf on net at airport, vacation location in Hawaii, etc and Walmart has a 20 buck for one month 1 gig of bandwidth deal that I think is a very good value. Used it everywhere I went so basically you can surf anywhere. They use Sprint as their carrier and I had no problem in airports at Minneapolis, LAX and at hotel without paying exorbitant hotel internet fees. Plus you can top up additional bandwidth from your beach chair on the Walmart website and dont even have to go to the store -very cool

Virgin mobile offers the most cost effective, well rounded mobile solution with out the high premiums and tirgid confines of a contract plan. Wtih Virgin, you get all the unlimited web access and messaging you want, and the payment options are convienient too. Every time I've spoken with customer service they've resolved my issue with haste and accuracy. I have already recommended this service to others and will continue to do so. Thank you virgin and thank you Walmart for making it so easy to top off with the Virgin prepaid refill cards. Oh and you can buy them online and have them delivered to you e-mail, no papaer, awesome!
