The last time I ordered this product online via email, I got it within one hour. Now that Ive ordered it again, online, I'm still waiting for it to be sent via email. They've already put a hold on my checking account for the cost of this item, but I still have not received it. Goes to show that it is better to go to the store and purchase it instead of waiting for it online. My ratings apply to the ordering and very slow receipt of the card online.

The code did what it is supposed to do - add airtime to my cellphone. However, I did not receive the email containing the code for several days. I finally had to contact Walmart to resend the code, after which it worked perfectly.
5 stars for Straighttalk service, minus 1 star for email delivery system. :/

Straight talk offers many services. One is a buy a simcard and use your old GSM phone service and get your minutes separate. Thing is, in the fine print somewhere (I haven't been able to fine where) it states that you can only use the unlimited ($45) plan with a non-straight talk phone and not this $30 1000 minute plan. BUYER BEWARE!

If you need minutes for your phone, GO TO store and buy. The email delivery is not trust worthy and doesn't refund your account if you do not receive it.

I like that I can buy this online but hate the time I hace to wait to recieve it by email, a simple code should not take two days to "process".

If you want a phone that is just a phone, for calling and texting. this is the way to go. The
straight talk phone plan with a 30 day card is the best value ever. Also I have had nothing but
great service and customer care when needed.
If you want to spend more, go ahead. If you want a great plan for half the price of others, go with Straight talk....you will not regret it!

I find this service plan to meet my usage. It is not an unlimited plan, however I have never exceeded the limits in over two years. Ordering via the Walmart website was convenient and the delivery of the serial code (or activation code) was less than an hour during normal business hours.

Straight Talk is saving me over $50 a month and I have much better coverage than my previous cell servive. Straight Talk ask your zip code and match their cell service to the provider who has the best cooverage in your zip code area. My phone was a great deal for all of the features!
They send you a text message when your minutes and or you month of service will expire. I recently purchased an additional month which will be active after the month of servive has expired. You may also sign up for automatic refills by the month to be charged on your debit or credit card.
Straight talk also provides free information for business or personal numbers. My first phone did not work properly, I called to report the failure and they sent a new phone by second day air.
Straight Talk is another great service at low prices Walmart offers! They recently sent a text message they offer iphones unlimited service for $45 a month, you must purchase your phone up front, the iphone suppliers also charge for thei iphone the difference is you pay for the phone by the month in your bill on a two year concract!

If you have unlimited plan, don't buy it, it won't work with unlimited plan phones or with any other phone which is not originally from Straight Talk and not set up for this $30 plan. Straight Talk won't give you a refund, neither will allow to use these minutes on your current phone. Shame they don't say it clearly anywhere...
