I am 55 yrs. old and have always wanted to exercise however I would never stick with anything. I have done the gym, water aerobics, dance classes, and many other types but just couldn't make myself stay with any of them. I began looking at garage sales for an exercise bike. I didn't want to purchase new because of my past record with exercise. While looking around I ran across a gazelle (didn't have a clue what it was at the time). They were asking $30 and you could tell it had long been in a garage. It was filthy. I tried it out and liked the way it felt, so I offered them $20 and was on my way. That was Nov. 2011 and I have used it everyday since then. I ride abt. 30 minutes a day sometimes in intervals. My body is much more toned. My arms are nicer. It has definitely taken off inches and proportioned my body and i feel so much healthier. Just being able to say yes when someone ask if I exercise is such a confidence builder. It has become apart of my life just like eating. I highly recommend it to that person that has always wanted to exercise and knows they should because of health issues. You can do this because I never thought at my age I would love to exercise as much as I do on my gazelle.

Unfortunately, this product was defective so I was not able to assemble it. Fortunately, Walmart was wonderful, stood behind this product and refunded my money. Based on other reviews I will order this again as soon as it is back in stock since Walmart is willing to stand behind their merchandise.

Easy on the knees exerciser

This product is probably good, but I was disappointed because I'm not as happy with it as my old style Gazelle. The functions are the same, but the width of it could be wider------I'm using the Gazelle to help loose weight-----thus, wide hips. :( I am 68 years old so the Gazelle is wonderful for my exercising------I just wish they would make it with stronger material as my husband had to weld my old one about 4 times.

Love it more than my treadmill

I ordered the Gazelle after seeing it several times on tv. I must exercise, and I hate to walk on my treadmill. Due to arthritis my feet and legs give out quickly. The easy gliding motion of the Gazelle gives me more stamina. I have not experienced any pain at all while using the Gazelle. I absolutely LOVE IT. My husband had a cow when he found out I had purchased another piece of exercise equipment. I said I would put it together myself (He laughed). I have never assembled anything. He left the house to wash the car and rent movies. I had the Gazelle fully assembled before he got back. Approximately 45 minutes. The instructions are easy to follow, and the biggest parts are already together. The Gazelle is sturdy, doesn't take up much space, it's easy to use. I found that it's difficult to fold up for storage (Which I never will) I really have no complaints. I look forward to many years of using my new Gazelle.

I bought this Gazelle Freestyle after months of reading great reviews about. Many people claimed that they lost weight with it and felt like they had a great workout. I did have the same experience. Though the machine was very easy to assemble, the time put into it is NOT WORTH IT!!! I have been using this machine for one hour everyday five days a week and have not lost a single pound! I do not do any other workouts and I watch what I eat but I am just not seeing any results at all with this thing! Also, the "computer" has just decided to stop working and the machine constantly squeaks very loudly every time I use it. Sometimes I even have to turn my t.v. volume up to 60! On top of that, I believe that I was sent a used product because the machine I received had many scratches all over it. Overall, extremely dissatisfied and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!! >:(

I was very impressed with the stability of the machine, I am 288lbs 6 ft tall, and worried about what limitations I would have on this but there is none. I can lean foward in a running motion and it holds me just fine. There's no jolting to the joints which is great on the ankles and knee's. It weighs a bit so when your moving it make sure you have your shoes on.LOL The only complaint I have, is the thumb pulse on mine does not work. I small complaint and not worth returning. I am pleased with it otherwise,.

I absolutely love this machine. It is very low impact on the joints. Can run or walk, tone arms, and glutes. I had the old one and with it and this new one I have lost 80 lbs. so far. I highly recommend this one instead of the cheaper one. It is made much more sturdy. I love the pulse monitor and time/mile digital readout. The value is great for 200 bucks

I like the Gazelle it is a great product! I think that if you are interested in working out at home that this would be a great product for you to have.
It is not too fancy it doesn't do a whole lot more than glide, but it does give you a aerobic workout. For the money you can't beat it.

I've only had this product for a couple of weeks. So far, I'm loving it. I use it more often than my treadmill. I use it early in the morning and it's nice and quiet. The video shows you how to do different workouts. Which you can create your own routine and it's effective. It's a great machine for beginners because it's so easy to do. I turn the tv on and do 2 miles every morning before work. I'm already ready to increase my miles. It's great. I recommended it to my co-workers after the 1st week. It's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone. I feel great. I have so much more energy and I AM starting to see a difference in my body.

I purchased this through the site to store and received it a week after I ordered it. I was looking forward to getting it and start working out!! It was easy to put together, great instructions and had it put together in an hour. The DVD workout video is great and shows you so many different techniques to enhance the workout. I can't believe that I am actually saying that it is fun to use and am looking forward to make this a part of my daily routine. I highly recommend the Gazelle Freestyle.

I really liked this machine because its easy to move around & easy to load into my RV. The only thing I don't like & think should improve is that they had a lock for the pedals when folded up to keep them from swinging as the machines is moved around, and also that it had some way to add resistance to get the heart rate pumping more.
Overall gr8 product and perfect to take on the road :)

Needed an inexpensive device for daily exercising. Read lots of online reviews and this fit the bill. Walmart had best price and best home delivery - 98 cents shipped and received in one week. Assembly in under an hour, by myself (using a socket wrench or pliers really helps with tightening the screws.)
Have used for 2 weeks daily and actually look forward to it, as I already feel the difference.
If you need something to get you started exercising, I highly recommend it!

I'm very happy with this product. My decision to purchase it was based on value, small foot print, and the ability to fold it up and wheel it out when necessary. The only thing I would have liked on it would be if resistance adjustments could be made. I'm sure it would have been quite a bit more expensive if that were an option.

Good low impact exercise equipment. The thirty minute video included is "on point" for beginners and more advance. The equipment setup was tedious but not difficult. Overall a good piece of "inhome" exercise equipment.
