Ad said 54.5 inches long. It is less than 39 inches long. 15 inch difference. Ad says Stackable Battery box will allow an optional battery for increased range up to 30 miles. It does not seem to have this feature and it is not mentioned in the Manual.
Says it comes with easy to remove wireless battery that can be charged separately from the scooter. The battery can be removed but, I see no way to charge it separately.

Can you answer my doubts regarding the scooter?

Hi. I´m seriously considering this product. I have a chronic neurological defficit and can´t walk mid nor long distances. Have you noticed if the scooter´s battery charge lasts up to 15 miles? Did you try to contact Wayfair directly? Thanks for your response and comments. They will definitely help me to make a decision.
