I bought the Stone Hill version and I love it. It was pretty easy to assemble/install and I think it's a great mailbox for the price, especially when compared to other mailboxes in this price range. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a new mailbox as our was falling apart. We had a big fish and the door would no long stay closed and the arrow was broken and the paint faded. I wanted one that looked like a bird feeder. I didn't want anything that looked like the typical mailbox. My husband saw this one on line and I really liked the way it looked even though it wasn't a bird feeder or bird house looking one. All my neighbors made comments about it. And even people walking their dog have told me they really like it. I like to think it looks like a log cabin but my husband said that's not true. But it looks like it to me, and I love it. Maybe I should have said I hated it, as I don't want to see other ones like mine going up.

Very attractive but difficult to install

The finished mailbox is very attractive and useful with it's rear access and all plastic construction. The one major problem I had was that the collar and cap that go on the post and support the mailbox column and the box itself did not fit onto the 4 X 4 post (3 5/8 X 3 5/8). I had to whittle the post at top and bottom and split the collar to make everything fit. MailMaster, the company that makes to mailbox, was willing to replace parts to help with the installation.

Liked the mailbox. Package was tattered when I received product so its a darn good thing it was durable. It was easy to follow direction to put it together as well as installation wasn't overly difficult. However I am not too happy with the post insert that bolts on the back of post after it slides down. It is gray instead of the beige brick look like the rest of the mailbox. It is on the backside but still is visible on a product with back access. Very disappointed as insert looks like it it belongs to different colored mailbox! By the time we realized, old mailbox was already down with post cut so it was too late to return product and needed to have it for mail delivery. Other problem is that numbers were bent in package and there weren't enough numbers provided to do both sides of mailbox if your address contains same number more that once.

It was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to install and looks great. I couldn't be happier. It was much cheaper than any other mailbox we found but looks like we spent a lot more on it.

Although the box depicted doesn't exactly match wha I bought, mine was the mailmaster one with a faux stone finish, it was very easy to install at the curb. It certainly dressed up that spot next to the driveway and was an upgrade from what I had before.

We love this mailbox! You couldn't ask for anything better. It is so durable and strong and very nice looking too. We also like the way you can get the mail from both ends so you don't have to go into the road if there is traffic coming. That feature will be helpful come this this winter. It really was a great buy.

Without a doubt the best looking plastic mailbox around. We have received positive comments from neighbors and even the mail person. Mounting the mailbox requires a 4X4 pressure treated (PT) post to be a minimum of 2 feet in-ground and 2 feet above for the mailbox mounting. The mailbox mounting is very easy and uncomplicated. The post requires (2) 1/4 inch lag bolts to secure it to 2 plastic sleeves that hole the post. The box attaches with 4 small screws. The work is sinking the post. If you all ready have a post it's a really quick job.

We love our mailbox. It looks great in our yard. After we got the post secured, which was a 2 hour ordeal, the mailbox installation was easy. The instructions were easy to follow. The delivery arrived sooner than expected.
