I bought this home gym equipment because I was tired of driving over to the gym on base every day just to get to the pull up bar. The pull-up bar is great as long as you weigh under 250 lbs or you are not freakishly tall. I love the ab wheel/ab straps. Makes for a good core workout along with the other exercises. The pull-up bar can be used for push-ups along with the "perfect push-up" bars. I am not a big fan of the assist strap for pull-ups. The kit comes with a diet guide which is great and all but I need more calories versus some people who want to lose weight. It has the eating clean feel but for someone who needs to gain, add protein shakes when eating your snacks. The workout guide is also good. I don't like the 60 mins of cardio though. Too long for the skinnier guys trying to pack on weight. If you are skinny and reading this, here is two pieces of advice: Eat more calories than what the guide says and run no more than 30 mins. I put more time into the pull-ups and push-ups for around two to two and half hours. That includes warming up, streching, the actual workout and then the cool down with more additional streching. I think that is about it. I hope this reviews helps anyone thinking about getting this. It is worth every penny in my opinion.
