The Perfect SitUp Perfect Fitness puts your body in the perfect position and combines an upper body crunch with a lower abdominal leg lift. It is ergonomically designed to lower head and neck strain while using the equipment. The hand grips provide comfortable placement of hands for added comfort. High carbon back and leg spring steel blades of this Perfect SitUp facilitates efficient workouts by activating all 4 abdominal muscles. The contoured base of the Perfect SitUp Perfect Fitness equipment keeps body in the right position and activates even the hard to reach, lower muscles of the abdomen to the maximum so that desired results are achieved quickly. I love the way the neck rest feels. I can lay in front of the TV and relax or exercise on it. I hadn't used my stomach muscles for over 10 years and now they are waking up again. Also, it is so light I can just push it under the bed or hang it up with the cool attachment it comes with. Brilliant idea...Thanks!!!

For someone who has a bad back, and neck this machine works great and you really feel the exercise as long as you do it as instructed. I have used this product for 2 weeks and I do feel and see a difference. Of coarse you have to dedicate time to the exercise. I have the Ab Pro also and this is much better for your neck and back.

This is a great prouduct to have. It is very easy to get together and I love using it. You have a click when you are up high enough and also can go the side and click and also use your legs up as well. I feel it really working and very happy that I got it.

I bought this product from shop instead of online as I always had a doubt of it's usefulness on two counts...and I may have to return...(1) whether it will have an easy assembly or (2) whether it provides value. On assembly front, it was an easy affair in the beginning but as soon as I hit step 6, there is no way I can slide the back rod in Lock # 2. Spent more than 30 min on that step but no luck and I gave up. As per the manual, Lock # 2 is recommended but you can go with even at Lock # 1. So I thought OK, let let give a shot. Finished assembly and realized that it is complete useless product. I have been going to Gym and kind of regular athlete...not very pro but not lazy for sure... to me, I can do the same thing without this equipment for lower back and upper back... all at home... to me , it is a complete useless product. Thank God, I bought from Target shop and I returned in within 3 hours of Purchase..

Excellent, no strain on the neck

This product works as advertised. If you are looking a commercial grade piece of equipment this is not for you. The product looks and feels flimsy, but the product is NOT flimsy. It is constructed in that manner for ease of movement and comfort. The most important part besides the results is the headrest. Since my neck is not strained it makes it easier for me to do my sit ups. I can do 100 target situps with no strain on my neck or back. Without this product I would find it hard to do 25 situps without my neck bothering me.
This product comes with Level 1 (10) resistance which is a good start, but as you progress you will find that you need greater restistance. Level 2 (20 pounds) and or Level 3 (30 pounds) must be purchased directly from the company.
Finally this product is a good price at Walmart. Other places sell this for 99.99
This product beats the floor any day!

I purchased this hoping I could do sit ups without hurting my neck. Well, not only does it hurt my neck, it also hurts my wrists and hands. It is also not easy to use; I was only able to do crunches and barely at that. Very disappointing.

this is the best way to do situps after just 50 regular you feel like you have done 200 situps. then it clicks when youve done the exercise correctly and has a hanger to hang it up like a shirt when you are not using it A+ product

I'm basically a middle-aged gym rat. This time of the winter I usually want to "kick up" my workout a bit. I saw this product on TV and then on Walmart.com. I thought ... "Well, maybe ... but how good could it be? A TV product?"
Boy was I wrong. I got a great ab workout and could feel my muscles the next day. The clicking from the Perfect Situp you hear when performing the exercise lets you know you're doing it right.
Great product! Two thumbs up!

I have the perfect push up and I got the perfect sit up. I was hoping it would be made as good as the push up. Thankfully it is made solid like the push up is. I have used it several times and a like the click sound when i get in the right spot. I can feel it after too. It costs more than the push up but i think getting my stomach is shape will be worth it.

I'm sceptical of most things you see on TV but had bought the perfect pushup and it worked great so I thought these guys are the real deal and was prepared to roll the dice with the perfect SITUP.
Easy to assemble, maybe took 5 minutes, this thing IS the real deal. Puts you in the perfect position to workout, every time. What I love is the versatility, many different exercises, adjustable so both my wife and I can use the same piece of equipment.
Like some of the other reviews, I was worried the clicking may be annoying but it is EXACTLY what I needed, ie to be able to determine when I had completed the exercise.
$99 good value? Yes - I'd gladly pay $199 for this item. I have used it every day for a week and I know my abs are getting a workout because they're sore. You know that GOOD sore? Yep, that's it

Saw ad while waiting in airport and thought it looked like a good idea. not a big fan of situps and crunches since they tend to hurt my neck. Picked this up and so far so good. Works the abs and less of a pain in the neck. Well worth the price.

What I like about the Perfect Situp -- from the very first time I used it, I could feel the workout on my middle & lower abdominals. The cool thing: the Perfect Situp lets you know if you've done it perfectly by alerting a click every time the motion is performed. Thumbs up! Guess one thing I would have preferred would be to have the add-on blades included in the package but no worries.

I got the perfect situp to help with my exercise. I would say is a good product. It has a nice pad and i really like how it holds my neck when i hold the handles at the top. Good suff.

We purchased the Perfect Sit up a month ago and myself and both my teenagers are loving it...they love doing crunches with the blades adding a little extra and I LOVE the neck suport and the cushion for the back, so much more easier than having to roll out a mat everytime for sit ups...i would definately recommend for a "family fitness" area in your house:)
