This is a great road bike for the price. Comes with Innova-pro tires max psi 125 which is nice because I am a heavy guy. Tire pressure for me is 110psi. Some minor assembly required but easy to do yourself. Assembly includes: handle bars, pedals, seat, front wheel, and front brake cable. Had to adjust the rear derailer, and front and rear brakes. The shimsno integrated shifters are nice. They shift fast, easy, and very smooth. I was kind of weary of purchasing this product only because of reviews stating that their bikes were damaged during shipping. The box that mine came in looked a little rough but no damage what so ever. I recommend taking pictures when opening the product just incase. I have the 55cm and am 6' even. The height is perfect for me but if you are not sure then go to a local bike shop and they can fit you for a bike. I did this and the first shop I went to the people there were very short with me when I expressed that I was just getting started and didn't want to spend $1000 or more on my first bike. I do enjoy my stage one elite and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this bike and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it. The bike weighs 24 pounds, has shirmano shifters, and is super fast. I would recommend this bike to any rider. I would say the 55 cm is for someone 5'9 or a little taller. I'm 5'8 and it's a big stretch for me. I am returning the bike only because it's not the right size for me which is extremely important for a rider, but if 55 cm is your size or 49 cm (which they also have) then this is the bike for you.
