While I am awaiting my product, and extended warranty coverage, my previous experiences with these on those high price ticket items have been worth it.
Previously when I had a problem with my tv (which was under warranty) I called Walmart.
Within days, there was a tech sent to the house to try to fix tv.
He ended up taking it to the shop and trying to get it fixed. It didn't work. Walmart then made good on their promise and I was able to get a replacement. They sent a check for the price of the tv.
No hassle!
Which is why I love Walmart.
BTW, I ended going back there for the replacement, so far my new Samsung is most excellent.
