Excellent drive, excellent price and excellent service from Walmart.
My new HP all in one PC has a side entry DVD drive that is rather flimsy. I make somewhere between 20 - 30 disks a month and wanted something more reliable.

Have you ever used the lightscribe on this product? I have this and it's making tiny circular random lines around the disks I burn. I've called tech and they can't tell me anything..I've chkd forums and I don't get anything from there. I'm hoping it's just something I'm doing wrong so I don't have to send this back. Help please...Thank you!

I got this to copy my home movies from my HI8 to DVD. I already had the cables to connect my camcorder to my computer, it comes with all the cables you need for the DVD recorder. It worked really great for recording my home movies to DVD. I play then back on my blueray player.
