I just got these for my office. I love them so far. they are very smooth and easy to hook up and get started using. I loved being able to watch your vidoe on it before purchasing it. That way i knew it could handle several sheets at a time and could scan the back of papers all at once too. Thanks.

Dont waste your time or money

I had really high hopes for this scanner. I unpacked it, loaded disc, hooked it up...nothing. There was no icon on desktop to click to use the scanner. I reloaded the disc, nothing. But I did get one thing... now my computer constantly has a pop up box stating there is a corrupted program on it, and yes that pop up started right after I installed the kodak scanmate disc. I tried for 2 days to get this scanner to work then I packed it up and took it to walmart for a refund. I am incredibly disappointed as I had alot of things to scan and already waited 10 days for it to arrive because I had to order site to store pick up for this item.

I was using an all-in-one machine to scan prior to buying this Kodak. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this scanner. I work at home and scan lots of documents. This Kodak scans and processes so quickly that I've saved a ton of time already. A great purchase! I'm tech challenged and needed help setting up my machine. Kodak TECH SUPPORT IS THE BEST I've ever dealt with. They even called me back to be sure I had spoken to someone. AND the techs are here in America - yeah!
