The Bushnell BackTrack-3 Personal Locator is an easy-to-use, compact GPS that gives you easy directions to your desired location. The Backtrack GPS personal location finder is weather-resistant and can be used outdoors during camping or trekking. When you need to leave for a place, just select your destination and when it's time to return, just press the corresponding button on the handheld GPS locator. The device will display the distance and the directions that you need to take in order to return to your original location.

I bought this for my wife, who doesn't want to deal with a GPS and map way points, but wanted to make her way out of Utah's canyons if we get separated. ( which has happened!) This product fits the need perfectly, is small, and easily attached to your back pack. I'll be getting a couple more for the kids to use. Simple to operate and the screen is easy to view.
