When the word orthopedic is used I expect a much better product. This is made of foam, not even good quality foam. The dog I purchased this for is a very old dog and needed good quality bedding.
I purchased the X-large for an 80lb Pitt, I think the large would have been a better fit for this guy.
All in all, it is serving its purpose.

we purchesd this item for my mother -in-laws dog the first day we had it she was in it all day she just loves it. when we took her back home her bed went with her. she spends most all day in it now

I have 2 large labs and they love this bed. I got the XL size. There is plenty of room for them to curl up or stretch out. It's very soft but also provides the support they need.
