I lie these bars a lot. The amount of sugar in them is moderate compared to other granola bars. Best thing about them is they really fill you up. I eat one every day with my lunch; goes great with a yogurt. It's nice to see that Walmart carries the Value Pack. They are a lot cheaper here than my local supermarket. Will definately order from here at this price.
