Love it. The 4 alarms are all easy to set. The alarm is loud so you will definately her it. I ordered the alarm along with the MedCenter 7 Day Nylon Traveler (XL-Vitamin size) and together they have helped me so much.

The spoken alarm is hard to understand and even on the loud setting it is almost unintelliable unless you pick it up and put it to your ear. There is just a beep alarm instead of the person speaking but I bought this for my grandmother and she is confused about which pills to take so I assumed it would be a great devise since it states "morning medication" and so on. Unfortunately with the voice being hard to understand it was still hard for her to know she was taking the correct medication. If you do not have the same problems as my grandmother the clock should work for you.

I purchased this clock to remind me to check my blood sugar. I have to check it 4x's/da and I was always forgetting. I have not taken my bood sugar as I was continually forgetting. I do not forget now as the clock reminds me. I have the clock set so that I have to get up to acknowledge the alarm. For me, this clock reminder is wonderful. I do have a hard time seeing the time from the accross the room, but the alarm is fine. It would be nice if the face was lighted continually. I love this med reminder and it works fine for me.

The purchase of this med alarm was for my wife. She has to take medications 3 times per day and even between the two of us we would forget periodically through the day when to take the meds.
This product is nothing short of fabulous. We leave it sitting on the kitchen counter and thanks to the volume we are able to hear it anywhere in the house.
It is simple to set up to 4 alarms per day if you follow the instructions. You can either use voice or alarm mode to let you know it is time for your meds.
