A must-have for every adventurist, the Ozark Trail 8-Person Tent, 14' x 8' is a free-standing camping tent that offers adequate space to fit large groups. It can be set up in minutes with the help of the quad-pole system. The three windows provide ample ventilation inside the tent. This 8-person tent can conveniently accommodate two queen air mattresses. A large rain fly with ridge pole and sealed seams are provided to protect you from rain. During clear weather conditions, you can remove the rain fly and get additional ventilation. The durable Teflex fabric coating together with the rain fly keeps the interior dry and clean. The Power Port located in front of the Ozark Trail dome tent enables you to connect power cables without having to unzip the door. With the included carry bag, which is made of recycled polypropylene fabric, you can conveniently take this Ozark Trail dome tent anywhere with you.
This was my first tent I ever purchased for me and my two daughters 4 and 9 years old daughter. (Hubby doesn't do camping but growing up I did and wanted the girls to have the same experience# WE went with friends camping and this is the third year I have used it. Last year we had a bad storm and we stayed dry while our friends were trying to get the water out of their own tent. Its SOO easy to set up my daughter and I put it up with my 4 year old looking on taking photos. I have never set up a tent before but the directions were SPOT on.!! I would def. recommend this. Its big enough to put two blow up queen size beds. WE had a queen and a twin with lots of room inside. THe big windows were great for fresh air and the mesh door kept the bugs out. THe little door mat we great to in order to keep the sand out as well. #very important to bring a tarp bigger then your tent to put under it )

I found this tent very easy to set-up alone. With no camping experience and not knowing what to expect I was overwhelmed with the amount of space and easy use. I highly recommend this tent. Great value for what I paid for it.

Great tent. Always get a size for two extra people than needed or you will not be able to fit in your bags or move around without stepping on your bed. Good amount of space. Easy set up. I managed my self with only my 7 year old to help. Easy to take down too. Seal the seams! Would be nice if the canopy came out a little more over the door to provide more protection as you leave or enter the tent. Nice over all.

Very roomy tent, but material ripped the first time my kids used it. Maybe great for adults but if you have rough housing boys like we do you may want a higher quality tent!!! LOL

This tent is nice size and great for a family of 4. It has plenty of room for the kids to play between 2 queen air matteress, and plenty of room for my husband to stand up and he is about 5'8". My husband was able to put the tent up by himself.

I needed this tent for a specific day, paid extra for fast shipping. Received an email the day before expected arrival, that order was delayed. Before I was able to cancel order on wal-mart.com, the order had already processed. Received the tent three days later than needed, and promptly returned it to store. I feel like wal-mart waited too long to let me know it was delayed, and didn't really give me a chance to cancel the order which I ended up paying express shipping for, and I didn't receive when originally promised. I ended up purchasing an 8 man instant tent made by the same manufacturer. The instant tent is awesome! I can set it up by myself in about five minutes. Love it!

My husband races 4 wheelers and we travel a lot to the various races. I was looking for something that we could fit in with our son and be comfortable. I actually went to the store to buy a different tent but they did not have it and I am so happy that they didn't. For the $89.00 I paid for this tent, it was certainly worth every penny. It took me about 10 minutes to set it up, by myself. I had my husband help the second time and it took less than 5 minutes. This tent is HUGE! We easily fit a queen size air mattress and a twin mattress with plenty of extra room for all of our stuff. I was even able to set up a small table to put the computer on so we could watch movies. The bag the tent comes in is very small and it is hard to fit everything back in. That would be my only complaint.

we feel it is a good value for the money, sets up easily and seems to hold up well. went camping on the Oregon coast in the wind and rain while other camper had there tent collapse our stayed up with very little mishap and did a good job of keeping the rain off, even with some minor challenges

I would recommend the registry. I paid through paypal which was simple and easy. My only complaint would be there was no card with the present when it was delivered and the bride and groom had no idea it was from me.

Fast and Easy to assemble. Drips in the interior due to morning dew, other than this, very good purchase. I didn't try it under rainy conditions.

We purchased this tent one year ago , and camped 27 nights in 2012, plus already 5 nights this past month. The second weekend of use, we encountered heavy rains , 30 MPH winds and thunderstorms that lasted all night long. A stream of water was running under the tent, yet we did not get wet at all. I was in love with the tent for this reason from very early on. We have one queen and one twin bed, and lots of gear, plus one large dog. It has been a great tent. After one year of heavy duty use in heavy winds , rain, ocean spray, and glaring sun, it is starting to show some wear. We did get wet during a recent prolonged heavy night of rain and wind. The beds were in contact with the tent wall, and our bedding got damp, but not really wet. It continued to rain most of the day, and our camp was flooded, so this was an extreme condition. However, we had never water proofed or rain sealed the seams before using the tent from day of purchase. One of the plastic clips broke in heavy winds last weekend, and the main door zipper has separated, but is still working. The wind was so heavy that the tent was completely flattened . Yet after the wind died down, the tent was fine. No tent rods have ever broken. We did use havy duty tent stakes instead of the cheap stakes that come with it. The tent bag has fallen apart, but that is not a big deal. Love the big windows and ease of putting it up and taking down, even in wind. We are considering buying another tent now only because of our desire for a bigger tent with more room between beds , room dividers, and gear loft. This tent could get us through another few camping trips . We will waterproof it first. The floor has never leaked. LOVE IT! Will keep this tent for guests and for teenagers. Great for a small family!

Tent was used for 2 nights and performed well. It was used with a qween air mattress. I'm sure you could fit another queen + a twin or sardine it with sleeping bags and squeeze the whole pack in there. But it was easy to set up with 2. It was up in 10min. It got down to 42 and we hade a space heater; yea I know, anyways we stayed veary warm in there. Has great vent and 4 zip up windows. Strong poles, electric port hole, and plenty of walk around room. GREAT BUY!

Used this tent over the weekend. It was so easy to put up and take down. It actually fit back in the bag too! I had a queen and double air mattress in it with plenty of room to walk around and for our bags.
