Generic Crosman P10 Phantom BB Pistol
The Crosman Corporation is a major manufacturer of BB guns and pellet guns in the United States. Crosman P10 Phantom BB Pistol is a classic model and is classified as a CO2 pistol. The pistol has an under the barrel rail system to mount accessories. The grips of this pistol easily slide back for effortless CO2 powerlet replacement. It provides hand-held comfort and a velocity of about 480fps. With its power and accuracy, the Crosman Rifle delivers incredible performance.

I have had the Crosman P10 for 2 weeks.
After the 2nd time we used it the clip (magazine) began to cause problems. Sometimes after the clip is inserted into the pistol multiple bb's seem to leak out and jam the pistol. The clip has to be removed with moderate force and all the bb's have to be shaken out.
About half the time after loading bb's and carefully releasing the retainer with my finger holding the bb's, all the bb's shoot out of the clip even when I carefully remove my finger. I have learned to point the clip into a container so all the bb's don't fall into the grass. The clip is clean and I have also cleaned it with with canned compressed air. I have lubricated it with Remington spray lubricant as well as Pelgun oil.
I have found that it works better if I insert the clip into the pistol without releasing the retainer.
Often it takes multiple tries to get the retainer to stay in the locked position for loading.

I have seen a video showing the extra clips working much better. These replacement/extra clips have "made in Taiwan" stamped on.
On the plus side this pistol is cheap, has a nice feel and does not jam once the clip is inserted. At about 25 feet the bb's drop a couple of inches to the right. It is fun and inexpensive to shoot.
I should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned.

This BB pistol is a complete piece of junk!!! It is nothing but trouble and absolutely nothing works properly with it. First of all the BB loading clip lever does not retract correctly after you load your BBs and when you force it to retract it slams into the BBs and they fly everywhere. Second the pistol does not tighten CO2 cartridges correctly and they explode the gas everywhere. I read the instructions thoroughly and I tightened the lever that fastened the CO2 cartridge and everytime it exploded the gas within the cartridge. I must have went thru 10 CO2 cartridges before I just gave up, I am very disappointed in this pistol by crosman and I will never buy another one of their products, they are very unreliable!

Finally convinced my wife to allow us to buy a at least a pellet gun. The deal was I had to teach her how to shoot so she could keep varmints out of the garden.
Bought it, opened it up, read the instructions, prepped and loaded, went outside for a test fire... and nothing... the SOB jammed first squeeaz.
A BB fell out of the clip while still in the pistol thus not allowing any further BB to release and making it so the clip is permanently stuck in the pistol.
No amount of shaking, poking in with wire or brute force would get the clip or the jam out.

This gun seemed like a deal for the price.I purchased it and got home and figured i would do some test firing.The first time i tried shooting, the gun would jam and bb's would fall out of the magazine.I was getting like 1 good shot to every 5 failed shots.I packaged this gun up and returned it to the store immediately and purchased a colt defender,a way better gun for just a few dollars more.

This is my second Crosman BB Pistol and, despite good reviews I have seen, are no good to me.
I put the oil on top of the gas cartridges as recommended and still only get 4 or 5 loads before it won't hold a seal.
No mas!

With the exceptions of loading the co2 and losing air...that will come in practicing. For the price it is a great gun. Not having any problems yet. Went on to order 2 extra clips. That saves time. The magazine loads perfectly. Not saying that they are some lemons out there.

As others have mentioned this pistol seems to be more powerful than its rating. I also have the berretta 90two co2, and at less than half it's price, this thing blows it away. Whether good or bad, it's also like 70% louder. I practiced shooting at an old plaster board wall, and before I knew it, it had completely blown out a 5" x 5" section within that size of a ring of say 10-12 bb shots. My 90two didn't even go thru lol (bb's stuck about halfway in) - This was from about 15 feet with new co2's

when you load the clip into the pistol, the BBs fall out inside the pistol and when you reload , it will not fire but about 2 or 3 times. You have to keep doing this. I do not know at this time if it is the pistol or the clip. This is a very nice pistol if only it would work.

i bought this for my dad and the first week, it started to double shoot. the first month it stopped, but as soon as i put the clip in it wouldnt go in the gun and when i took it out, about half the bbs in the clip just fell out of the clip. DONT BE FOOLED!!!

BBs fallout every time you pull the magazine. CO2 cartridge leaks when installing new one. Usually have to load 2 or 3 to get one that works. Poor design caused me to add a rubberized pad to keep the magazine from ejecting when I laid it down.

Awesome gift to order of the internet. Didnt even have to change my clothes. Arrived at my door in under a week. Couldnt find item in the store at the same price. In the store the item was 10-12 dollars more. So much easier shopping online then going into the store for the same item.

Because of its styling and my satisfaction with another pistol--DAISY Powerline Model 93, I was intrigued on purchasing a new pistol. Of the three models in the store, I unfortunately purchased the Crosman P10 Phantom. What a total mess and mistake I made. When compared to the Daisy Powerline, it performed horrendously, It chronically misfired and the co2 gas canister and even the BB clip were difficult to load. And this was after looking at the reviews for the Phantom on YouTube. I only wished I has seen the reviews first. I decided to return the Phantom the same day and went to Disk's Sporting Goods to find something else. This pistol is good looking, but that is where the positives stop. Everything else after that was a great big ZERO.
