Great video quality; however, it does not attach to PC screens very securely. If you move your PC screen, the video camera tips or falls off. I did not try on a laptop. Otherwise, I would recommend to purchase.

The picture quality of this webcam is so good that when i point it to my HDTV i end up watching tv through my webcam on my computer monitor. The framerate is super smooth and i never notice any hiccups or lag spikes even if i have like 8 different applications open.
I purchased this webcam as a clearance item from a different store a few days ago for $15!! I think i might go back there today and purchase the rest of them so i can make some money.

This is worth the price!!! The picture was so clear my sister-in-law told me to clean out my vacuume which was across the room..LOL...It takes GREAT pictures and SSOOOO EASY to install...I LOVE IT!!!

This Is my first real webcam (non-built in), and It went far above my expectations, I'm usually a photogenic person, but that 8MP and 720HP Video Resolution got that taken care of XD
It's great for Skype, which I use for gaming

For those who know what Linux is you'll be pleased to know that this camera works on it! Plugged it in and it worked, those running windows will need to install drivers but they do include them so it should work fine, without any hassle whatsoever! G+, Skype, etc, all worked perfectly.

Bought 2 of these, one for my parents and one for us so we could video chat. We live about 1200 miles apart, and this works great for us. Very easy to set up as neither of us are technical and we didn't have any problems. Both the video and audio quality are good and the price was right.
I also loved being able to arrange to pick ours up locally and have them pick theirs up at their local Walmart. So easy!!

I recently bought this webcam, the installation of the software took about 15 minutes. The cam can take 8 megapixel pics, record video&audio, and detect motion. The pros: it has very crystal clear images and works very well with Yahoo. It has fun little features like face accessories, avatars, and video filters (with tons of extra downloadable content from the Logitech site.) It is capable of zooming and it also comes with a soft cushioned case to store it in. The cons of this cam for me is that I can only record video with the lowest quality on my laptop. Recording video in the highest quality causes the software freeze and go unresponsive (on my pc, it may not happen for yours depending on things like your video/sound cards.) Trying to open the recorded video to watch it crashed the Logitech software for the first few tries, finally I was able to view it and its video had a bad latency problem, the audio was also very distorted and went from sounding like a person on helium to a bellowing ogre. I lowered the quality and it works great with exceptional audio and video. Overall, it's a very good cam well worth the price. I would definitely recommend it, I've never seen or used one with such a clear image and I've gotten compliments from my friends saying the same.

it happens same thing to me i try clicking the video icon and it just crashed i dont know how to fix it im soo stressed and wanting to return this...how did u make it work pls help me!!! I wanted to record video nice but this doesnt work...i jst bought this today coz i want it soo bad but im so dissappointed..
