D-Link D-Link DHP-307AV Powerline Network Adapter
The D-Link DHP-307AV Powerline Network Adapter allows you to create or expand your home network using your existing electrical wiring. Turn every power outlet into a possible network connection, by simply using one adapter to attach your router to your existing electrical system. With QoS support, it manages the delay, delay variation (jitter), bandwidth and packet loss parameters to guarantee predictable results on the network. It helps maintain secure transmissions with a security push button that locks out any other powerline adapters that are added to your network. The AV network adapter provides 200Mbps throughput to increase data transfer speeds, guaranteeing smooth HD video streaming, VoIP calls and lag-free online gaming. The D-Link wireless adapter has a smart power-saving mode that helps put the adapter to sleep when it detects no data transmission activity over a certain period of time.

I am happy to say the D-Link adapters work perfectly. I was worried because I am unfamiliar with any D-Link products but so far my internet connection has been excellent. I use the adapter for Xbox Live and my connection has always been full green compared to other gamers who show yellow or red. The only issue I have had is my D-Link adapter does not fit well in the wall socket because of a power strip I was using BUT D-Link tells you NOT to have anything else plug into the same wall socket as you D-Link because it can degrade the internet connection. So I can not knock a star off them for my use of a socket when they clearly advise against it, but they would get the star back because the performance is still PERFECT with the power strip in use.

I wanted to stream movies to my bedroom TVs, but I was afraid the internet device I had, (an older Bluray DVD player) might not function well, or consistently without a "wired" line. And I didn't want to have ethernet cables strung through my house. This was the perfect choice.
It uses the copper line in your house's electrical system as it's wire. I plugged one in a duplex outlet near my router and the other in an outlet near my Bluray/TV. A short ethernet cable (included in the package) from each D-Link Adapter to the devise, (router and Bluray/TV) and the job is finished. It took me more time to move the small dresser blocking access to the outlet.
It works great. It's consistent and reliable. There are no lines to feed or step over, and if I should move, I'll unplug them and take them with me.
One word: if, like me, you have more than one item to link, use just one at the router end and add multiple "end" units at the receiving devises. Also, D-Link sends 2 ethernet cables with the unit, so no other purchases are required.
You will need high speed internet service, a router and your internet delivery unit (an internet TV, Apple TV, Roku, Bluray, computer, etc.) These units are in lieu of cables or wi-fi links.
