It works great!... On the other day i had a severe back ache and i had the massager doing the job for 20 mins and my pains had reduced significantly. I repeated the massage after an hour and i was completely relieved.
Great product.
None can beat walmart price and service.

This massager is pretty powerful and does a nice job. I like this pillow a lot. So far no problems with it! It's heavier than I expected. There are only 2 things I'd improve: a little more heat, and a velcro closure on the flap to keep it from moving when you don't want it to.

This unit is quiet so I can use it and also watch TV. You can place the unit anywhere up and down your back, lean back and it will do a firm massage and you don't have to hold it. The heat feature provides even heat without being uncomfortably hot. Another member of the family keeps taking mine so I think we will have to order another one!
