The futon arrived fairly quickly. The parts that needed assembly (legs and back) went together easily, albeit with my tools not the ones provided. The cushions are very cute and what I expected. BUT: the metal frame arrived filthy and after cleaning it I realized that some of the "dirt" is actually rust. The arms of the futon came pre-assembled and the arm on the right side will not stay up, nor will it lie flat. Without support, it sags to the floor. The futon can be used as seating in my teenager's room, but not as an extra bed. I'm hoping that I can figure out how to fix the problems with this piece because my daughter loves how it looks and it is the perfect size for her room.
