I always get original cartridge for my printer and have never had a problem before but the black cartridge was defective in bag and would not work. I did order another set and they did work fine.

The toner tanks were an exact fit and the shipping was very fast. It arrived in a couple of days from when I ordered them. I did a lot of research on the prices of the toner, and Wal-Mart had the best price I could find.

Back in February or March 2012, I purchased only the 36XL, as the 37XL wasn't needed. It was when the 36XL needed to be replaced, that I realized how long the cartridge has lasted. I like that! Thank you for providing value with the product you sell.

The price of this 2 pack black and color inks is a great value. Priced below the prices of other websites including Lexmark. I'm also very happy to receive the inks 2 days after I ordered it for free home shipping. I would recommend this product because it's high-yield ink, lasts longer, and better value than the low-yield 2 pack.

Some online providers are selling refills that don't register as full on your printers ink level reader. Hardly worth the cut rate price if your printer can't verify the cartridge is full.

I wish for the money the ink would last longer. I only do miminmal printing and before you know the catridge is out of ink in about 4-6 weeks. Because the brand is printer speific, i recommended it.
