Not as good as expected

I was looking for a sturdy bag that would hold my yarn crafts. I was tired of my canvas totes collapsing and making the yarn hard to pull out smoothly. Sturdy is the word. All of the images of the bag show a drumlike bag that is fully expanded. When it arrives it is as flat as a pancake and unless you stuff the bag with skeins of yarn, it does collapse. To avoid sending it back, I put a piece of tagboard all around the inside to keep it upright. It's a handy bag but do your research better than I did.

Received this as a present from my mother-in-law & it's replaced the other bags i've been using to cart my projects around. It does fit quite a bit of yarn, however it's just a slight bit snug for a folder to hold patterns, but i make it work. It also keeps me to about a 2 project minimum for hauling around with me, doesn't allow for the jumbled mess i usually i had got myself into! :o)

I have seen the Yarn Drum other places, but it was more than I wanted to pay. Happy to see it so much cheaper. Perfect for keeping your yarn in one place, and more than one color at a time. You can remove the yarn you are working with. Not so with the see thru containers you can buy.
