I bought two of these pans. They are heavy, bake extremely well, and have good-sized handles to remove them easily from the oven without fear of slipping and getting burned. I used them both this weekend to make a 4 layer cake for Christmas. They worked extremely well. The cake was moist, evenly baked, and came right out of the pans with no trouble at all. They also cleaned up completely with ease - no scrubbing required. I used a wet soapy cloth, and they cleaned so easily I probably could have done it with a dry paper towel.

I bough 2 of these cake pans and was so impressed I bought a complete backing set. These pans are durable and have excellent nonstick coating- they are made of steel! I do not like to cook in aluminum and avoid it. These pans could last for generations. These are the best pans I have ever used. High quality. They are dishwasher safe however, I would not use them in dishwasher because dishwashers are hard on baking pans.
