Store price 106, on the web 89, who knew, when you need it you need it.
The Beautyrest is rated for 850 pounds, most I have seen, it seems smaller than and standard queen but it allowed the queen size sheets to fit perfectly, and they no longer move around, I like it, very comfortable. The last two where rated for less weight, and someone would sit on them causing a bubble so it would wobble, don't sit on these beds, just get in when you need a good nights sleep. A Sealy Posturpediac is 535 for a firm, if your plans are temporary, I just tried this and it was the best nights sleep I have gotten in a long time. The height is fine for controling HDTV, BRDVD, and Theator from bed (19").

My husband and I used this comfortable air mattress every night for 7 months while we were waiting for our house to sell in another state. After we got our bedroom furniture back, we used the air mattress for guests. You need to use a mattress pad under the sheets or you are likely to feel a little chilly (I think this is true of most air mattresses). It lasted over 4 years before it finally got a hole in the seam. We are getting another one to replace it.

I purchased this air mattress June 09, I slept on it for about three months. After I bought my bedroom set I only use it for guests and when I traveled out of town. It has held up pretty well for the past four years. I don't have any body aches sleeping on this bed. it perfect.

I bought it about 1.5 yr ago. The Pump system is wonderful and I did not experience leaks. However, recently I noticed that in one small spot the baffles separated. Soon the partitions on the matters start to merge. At first two adjacent partitions merged. I continued to use it, but as one would expect the separation continued to expand and became unusable. Now four partitions of the mattress have merged and there is huge bulge covering almost half of the mattress. It is very uncomfortable to use. This is major defect for the price I paid. I do not recommend this piece of trash even for less than $30.

Purchased due to a move and low funds and this was a nice compromise. I wouldn't recommend for a person that NEEDS firm support. I have to pump it up a smidge every 2 weeks or so but the air loss is minimal. I'd recommend also purchasing a small area rug to put underneath it if you don't already have carpet or it's going to be hard for you to stay warm (you'll feel the coldness of the floor otherwise). Actually, even with the area rug underneath I still put two plush blankets over the fitted sheet to further sheild from the cooler mattress. I purchased a full size and I sleep pretty comfortably, as I am 5'3", I would recommend purchasing a larger size if you're over 5'6". Still pretty satisfied and would recommend for a temporary solution, probably not so great for the long run as it really doesn't offer ANY support (if you're prone to neck and back aches) but it's comfy.

Bought this for my mother after reading all of the reviews. She had it for about two weeks and it was already leaking air. This bed was slept on for the entire two weeks. She kept trying to refill it and it just kept deflating within a couple of hours. Hoping this was just a defective one, since all of the prior reviews are great. I will be trying to exchange it for another. Will update on the next one as well.

Purchased this mattress about 7-8 months ago. It is used as a spare but it is not used all of the time. Right now I am on my 4th mattress. This thing will develop leaks, lots of them. So far each mattress has developed no fewer than 5 leaks. Now, when I first purchased this mattress it was every bit of a queen size, now after my last exchange, it's a double being advertised as a queen. $109.00 for a shrinking mattress isn't a good deal. Don't try to email Simmons as they will not return your emails (I'm in the process of sending 6 emails to each dept every day though) Save your money and purchase some other product. Oh, 2 stars because the height is just right.

I purchased this air bed because on the front of the box it stated the bed had a one year leak proof warranty. Upon opening the box I realized that it really only had a three month warranty and anything after that would cost 50% of the cost of the bed and shipping. I initially had purchased an intex air bed which after three months started leaking in the seams and no warranty. So I decided to spend the extra money to have a leak proof warranty. I feel the price of the bed is excessive if they plan on it only being good for three months and would not recommend purchasing this product or any other air beds until manufacturers can stand by products that haven't been abused.

We purchased this for company. We got the queen size. My full size feather bed set perfect on top so it is a full not a queen. My daughter and her husbands slept on it for a week. We only had to replenish the air once and it had not lost much.

Think "sleep number", well, these air beds give you that flexibility. The sleep is comparable to a $2000 regular mattress. The only problem is that they are not recommended for continous use, and they will in fact develop so sort of leakage somehow if kept inflated continuously. However, the cost of the bed is not prohibitive and you might spend $200 in a year. Still much cheaper than what a really good mattress is going to cost.

I have been sleeping on a airbed for 5 years. Simmons Beautyrest Sky Rise is the best. I have owned several, occasionally I would have a seam blowout on the top (probably from being so heavy and sitting on the side of the bed) and would need to replace the bed, twice I bought a different brand and within a week I found myself ordering a new Simmons, the other brands are not comfortable. If you spell ligued on it you dont have to be concerned about it soaking into the mattress. I will always own this bed, it is so comfortable that I will never go back to a standard mattress.

I haven't used the bed yet but I did inflate it to get a better idea of the actual size. I have used air beds for years whenever visiting my family so I have a pretty good idea of what to look for in a good one. The Simmons brand is a good name so I have high expectations for this one. The best advice I have about air beds is to take extra good care when storing them and they will last you a long time. Also make sure the floor is clear of sharp objects before inflating your bed to make sure you don't get any punctures or small pin holes that will cause your bed to lose air.
