You can either use this decorative vintage quilt as a coverlet or as hanging wall art that brightens any room. It is a blend of polyester and cotton, and comes with a 100-percent polyester filling for softness. This machine washable quilt set can be tumble dried on low. Was very pleased with this quilt, I purchased the king size for my queen size bed, and it gives a very nice overhang, read a previous comment that it was kind of small for a queen, so that is why I chose the King. Only thing I have a problem with, was the unavailability of the shams, that would make it look really nice. I guess I will buy shams in one of the stripes in the design. This is a quilt to be used in Spring/Summer, too lightweight for winter use. I have become a real fan of Better Homes quilts, my second purchase in two months. A new quilt really gives a new look to a room.

It is good quality. The more you wash it the better it feels. The colors are not as pretty as pictured, the are kinda "country" looking. It serves a purpose though.

Looks Beautiful But Doesn't Age Well

I bought this quilt in late 2010 because it was the only thing I could find that had the right colours and pattern for my decorating project. I would have paid $200+ for a good quality bedspread made of natural materials, but this $20 (at the time) polyester quilt was all I could find and it's just so lovely that I'm glad for that!
While the colours have stayed bright and sharp, multiple washings have caused pilling, especially on the underside. Some of the quilting (stitching) is also coming loose. So I wouldn't recommend washing it too often unless, like me, you have pets who sleep on the bed.
I cover my quilt with a green fleece throw (found in packages like these http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Harvest-2Pk-Fleece-Throws-Red-Sedona/14277741) that was just $3 to keep the cats off the bedspread as much as possible!

I wanted something light weight and easy to work with. It's a snap to make the bed up inthe mornings, and it looks so nice and neat. We dont like a heavy quilt so this was perfect.
No shams with it, but I just use a few deco pillows and it looks fine.

I have a lot of expensive quilt and comforter sets; some of them have to be dry cleaned and some cannot be washed to often. My son is almost 4 years old and he is always on my bed; so I was looking for quilts that are beautiful, easy to take care, and can be used every day.
Voila! I find them. I bought seven of these quilts, five of them are set, and two of them I could not find the shams for them; but they can be matched easily with other solid color pillow cases. The color are vibrant and beautiful,and quality of these quilts are great.
I am very happy that I find that great product Walmart. Thank you, Walmart

I ordered one size larger and it has a nice fit and doesn't slide on the bed. It really has no bulk to it but I wasn't really looking for too much weight. Unfortunately, it is not reversible but again, you get what you pay for. The colors are vibrant and varied so it matches well. I'm happy with it as a daily cover especially for summertime. I haven't washed it yet so don't know how it will hold up after a wash and dry but it shouldn't take long to dry.

I saw a review that their expectations weren't very high. I am not sure why? I did order a king for a queen because quilts in my opinion always are smaller than needed.
I love my quilt, it is beautiful, it fits like I expected and the price is phenominal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact I am going to order another one for my camper couch for my dog to lay on, because it is beautiful and easy to take care of.

Quilt is not to heavy or not too thin. The colors are vibrant as pictured. I love the colors in the quilt because it is easy to match with sheets. I am still looking for the matching shams to this quilt. If I don't find them I can easily coordinate the colors with other shams. I put a duvet cover under my quilt to make a thicker look.

Haven't washed this quilt yet, but colors are great and seems to be good quality. Price was right for a guest bedroom quilt. I ordered a larger size due to review I read about it being on the smaller side. No need to do that. The king size is a little too big for a queen bed.
