The First Years Jet Lightweight Stroller makes things easier for you and more comfortable for your baby. This First Years city chic stroller has all the bells and whistles that keep your baby safe and you in control as you travel with your little one. The First Years City Chic stroller is designed for babies six months old and above and weigh up to 50. pounds. It comes with a wide seat that provides more comfort and the adjustable canopy provides shade for your baby. While going for a walk, use the recline feature for your baby to snooze comfortably. This stroller features both upper and underneath storage options for you to carry all the essentials with ease.
We purchased this stroller to have as a lightweight alternative to our large double stroller. I love that it has a little basket underneath. It's just enough for sippy cups, snacks, etc. The storage compartment for parents is nice too. Large enough for 2 cups, cell phone, keys, Kleenex and more. Our only complaint is that even though the handles are tall, they don't bend back so my husband finds himself kicking the rear wheels. Otherwise, we love it!

Good stroller, tires handle well even on grassy and inclined surfaces. Umbrella coverage needs to be improved. Does not cover well for sun. Provides inadequate shade.

Review 3 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
I love this stroller. It is a little cheaply made, but for $38 I didn't expect much. It does what I need it to do. We bought it for a trip where we would be renting a car with a smaller trunk space. It folds down pretty small. I agree with a previous poster..I'm not sure how my son is going to fit in this when he is 50 lbs. He is only 22lbs now, and his head is near the top of the seat back. I disagree with a previous poster about the sun shade not folding in with it. She had it on wrong. I too put it on wrong the first time, and couldn't fold it in. Then I fixed my mistake and it folds properly.

Review 6 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
I bought this stroller for our summer vacation to Disney, as many of the previous reviewers. Though we haven't gone yet, we have broken the stroller in at a few malls and stores. My almost-3-year old loves it! He has plenty of room, is able to fall asleep in it, and seems to be comfortable even when I put on the harness seat belt. (No, he doesn't really need the seat belt, but it helps to keep him in one place. ;) )
My favorite part is the compartments for storage hanging on the handles! My husband put his wallet, his Note II, my iPhone, keys, and a few other pocketed items inside one part, plus a large fast food cup, my son's juice box, and a back up water bottle all fit with no problem!
I give it two thumbs up!

Review 8 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
Very lightweight and easing to open and close by yourself...Only cons would be that I thought the stroller would lay back more if a child was asleep and the canopy is set in the position you see in the picture shown and does not adjust if the sun is in a childs eyes...Other than those 2 cons, I think this is a great stroller at a great price.

The basket is way too small for storage but it is good for traveling. We took it to Disney World & my 14 month old slept comfortably in it.

Invest in something else

I was looking for a moderately priced compact stroller (compared to one at Target), this one had pretty good reviews. I hate the tires, they are a weird hollow plastic that make it difficult to manuver. The fabric is stiff, and the removable "shade" cover is pretty useless. It hardly covers my son's head. He seems so uncomfortable in it, I just went back to using my big stroller. Invest a few more dollars is a better quality stroller.

This does not occupy that much space in the trunk of the car which is what i wanted. My one year old loves it. the basket is a little small and the shade folded from storing it in the trunk.

Review 12 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
This came with a broken wheel. When I called the company they told me the manufacturer was out of new ones and I would have to wait two months. I asked if they were having wheel troubles with a lot of them and she said yes. She recommended me getting a little higher priced stroller.

Review 15 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
Stroller is lightweight and folds up to fit nicely in trunk! I have a small compact car and it is perfect. The stroller is sturdy and has ample room for little diaper bag or backpack with additional storage at the handles for drink and snacks or your cell phones and other essentials.

Review 16 for The First Years - Jet Lightweight Stroller, City Chic
Great lightweight stroller. Fit great on bus tour we took in Vegas and worked well down the strip w/ all the crowds against the sidewalk. Sturdy, nice and all black w/ a great little compartment bag for bottles, camera, wipes, keys etc. Downside hardly any room underneath the stroller for anything else but still worth it.

This has been my favorite stroller, innexpensive and very functional. It is a great upgrade from regular umbrella stroller with 5 point harness that I love along with parent tray and small basket. Works great and looks great!

I brought this Stroller for my 2 years old son! I got this stroller to replace the one I had since he was born , and this one is light! Very easy to store in car or in your house! It is a nice stroller for him. Would not recommend it for chidren that are under 1 ! Yes it does pull back to lay back a little but not alot ! It is a nice buy for the money.
