This is a great product, so when I saw it online at a great price, I immediately bought it. However, I do not recommend this priduct to be bought online and shipped if it is in a soft container(or refill pack). This item arrived two weeks later than another item bought in the same order. It arrived busted and wet as well as the packing slip. It was packaged in a bag that had been crushed through post office processing. I should have thought about that before I purchased this product.
