This balance/fitness ball is as was advertised. I like the 'no burst' feature, especially when I use the ball for wall squats. I purchased it primarily to use for my Physical Therapy home exercise program. It's perfect!

Just as I expected the ball has a nice non-slip grip to it. It doesn't lose air very fast which is a good thing mainly because of how long it takes to use the included pump. Aside from the hand pump it's a great product and works very well not just for exercise, but as I mainly use it to sit on at low tables or desks.

i love it. i wouldnt know what to do without it. from the non slip grip to the size, its exactly what i was looking for. i purchased the 75mm one as well for my brother in law because being heavier he couldnt bring himself to buy one, but with these being burst resistant it put his mind at ease and he absolutly loves it.
