Review 1 for T-Mobile Samsung T369 Prepaid Cell Phone
This is a nice little phone. I love the slide out keypad; it makes texting dramatically easier to accomplish. That is what initially attracted me to it. The ability to take photos and video is also really handy. As a lot of cell phones, the picture quality isn't up to par with a digital camera, but it's still not bad. It's not always necessary to have a high quality photo if you're uploading to social networking or other websites.
One draw back with taking video or photos is that there is no flash on this phone. So, don't expect to be using it in a dimly lit room. The MicroSD card slot however makes saving and transferring pictures really easy. This also allowed for me to add my own pictures and music to the phone (which I've used as my wallpaper and ringtones, respectively). A lot of laptops have a slot for SD cards and buying a MicroSD card will have an SD adapter. I would highly recommend picking one of these up if you wish to expand your phone's memory.
I've had this phone for about 8 months or so. One thing that I would say as criticism is that once in a great while the slide out keypad sticks a little when sliding. The other thing about the phone is that sometimes the keypad keys become either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. This can cause a double type of a letter/number or a missed one. Since I've had it for nearly a year I imagine both of these things can be due to that. I do text quite a lot more now that it's so easy to do.
Despite its negligible side effects, I would definetely recommend picking this phone up. It's nothing too fancy, but the convenient features it does have make it a great phone to have regardless.

I love this phone! It takes good pictures, works great & doesn't drop calls! However, when typing the keyboard will miss a letter & it gets a bit annoying but other than that, its pretty good!

This phone is reliable but didn't care for the service in my house. Normally everywhere is fine so maybe it is just my home. It is normally a good phone and easy to use. It seems that the slide for it can, over time, be easily broken. Mine didn't break YET but I see in the next few years but if kept up with, like not dropping it, it seems to be sturdy. The camera is not that great. This is the only phone with a camera I can use and it wasn't too great. I expected better quality. Overall it isn't that bad. This phone can't do as much as a smart phone but it is good for me. I plan on upgrading though because I do like more high tech phones but like I said overall it is okay.

Didn't last long at all! Don't Buy!

I bought 2 of these phones for Christmas for Walmart Family Moblie.
On one phone the display screen is now just white and most of the buttons do not work. Cannot even read a text or answer the phone.
The other one, some of the buttons do not work.
Also on both of them the slider goes too far when closed and doesn't line up straight. These phones were just used and not abused and should have lasted more than a few months.

Nice phone for the price and cheaper than signing a two year contract to get a "free phone". Needs an easier battery compartment opening. Has great sound and takes nice pictures. Would recommend to friends as a replacement phone.

Good text keyboard

- I can' text fast enough with the virtual keyboard, the physical keyboard of this phone surely speeds up the texting. Size and weigh are smaller and lighter compare to smartphone with physical keyboard, so it's better fit in my pocket. Quality is decent with the price. Signal reception is good with the Walmart family plan too. Overall, it's a value phone for the unlimited Walmart voice & text plan

I have had this phone for over a month now and I love it. It is a good starter phone for texting since it has a slide out full key pad. I just popped in my sim card and was ready to go. All I do with my cell phone is make call and do a little texting so it is a great phone for the price.

Switched from basic plan I've had for 7+ years to a pay as you go plan through T-Mobile and am saving $30/month now. This phone solves every problem I had with my 7 year old Samsung phone (e315?). The volume button goes much higher (so I can actually hear someone talking even when I am in the car or at the store), the camera is a full megapixel better, the slide out keyboard makes the stupid T-9 obsolete, I can message "Happy Thanksgiving" to more than one person at a time, the screen "flips" when I turn the phone to type a message...so I can still read it, it has WAY more memory so I don't have to delete all messages to receive the next one, it's easy to add new contacts, the alarm lets me "snooze" and I can set all three alarms to be recurring (instead of one that I have to set each night). It was super easy to switch over to this phone and I am over the moon happy with it. Perfect for someone who wants some hi-tech features but does not need the full i-phone-esque experience. Who needs aps? I'm just trying to text my friend and fiance about weekend plans! Great little phone!

Review 14 for T-Mobile Samsung T369 Prepaid Cell Phone
This is a replacement phone for my wife. She uses her t-mobile sim card and current account for phone uses. Absolutely loves the full qwerty keyboard. Being able to feel the keys is better than a virtual onscreen keyboard. One caveat: If you have a phone case with a magnetic closer, it will unlock your phone without your knowledge. This may result in data fees or extremely dark photos of the inside of the case.

My husband and I each purchased this phone. We have little to no reception at our home, so we are very disappointed with T-Mobile coverage as well. The phone itself is very hard to use. It requires too many steps to accomplish very simple operations. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

I purchased this for my 13 yr old son and he loves it. Great first phone for texting. I got him the pre paid texting only service and it is perfect for this. I recommend this phone for new users or ones that don't need anything too fancy.

This is a great phone for the money. I like the keyboard on this particular phone... it was a little tricky for me to use the keys to start with because they seemed smaller than my previous slide phone but after a short time I have mastered it. I like the fact that the features are easy to use. The display is large enough to see without my glasses on and the volume is plenty loud. Overall this is a great phone.. I haven't found any down side to the phone yet.
