Stack-On Stack-On GCB-908-DS 8-Gun Security Cabinet
Keep your weapons safe and secure in the Stack-On 8 Gun Security Cabinet. The great looking stack-on gun safe has a black epoxy paint finish with silver accents on the cabinet door. This cabinet can holds eight rifles or shotguns up to 54" tall. It has a removable remsteel top shelf that provides additional storage space. This shelf is positioned in the back of the cabinet so longer guns can be stored in the front. The gun security cabinet features a foam padded bottom and barrel rests to reduce the chance of scratches. It also has a three-point locking system with a key coded, double-bitted lock that provides greater security.

ordered the cabinet after reading other reviews for my purpose it fits the need without spending a
fortune on a heavy duty safe. I am happy with it. There were no dents or dings on my unit .Picked it up at the site to store department. Corners of shipping box were protected in the shipping carton. top and bottom corners. Previous reviews mentioned missing keys. I could not find them at first
they had dropped to the bottom of the box and were hidden under the inside box flaps, so check your box carefully for the keys. For the cost i feel it was well worth what i spent. I bolted it to the
wall and it isn't going anywhere. Overall i am happy with my purchase

For a security cabinet (for those not familiar with these - it is NOT a gun safe) I thought this product was a good deal. Came assembled with mounting hardware - though I bought new lag screws. Mounts to wall or floor, mounting holes are on 16 inch centers. Unfortunately the studs in the internal walls in the basement of my apartment are on 24 inch centers. My only complaint is that the shelf that comes with the cabinet is a rather flimsy plastic thing which is not the full depth of the cabinet. So things can slide off the back of the shelf and fall down into the lower section of the cabinet. I suppose this is to accommodate longer rifles, the barrel can go behind the shelf?!? I do not need that additional storage height and will be making my own shelf to replace the plastic one.

This is not a gun safe but a good locking cabinet. The steel and the lock are heavy enough to resist tampering. The parts fit, the closure is good. The internal parts installed easily. The drilled holes to attach to the wall are exactly 16" so it was easy to hit the studs. The packaging was adequate and it had no shipping damage. I feel like I got what I paid for.

This is a nice narrow safe, handy for a walk-in-closet. It is thicker and nicer than the $98 type and worth the few more $$. It seems like it would slow down a would-be thief, but it is not unbreakable. Seems to be very secure from children along with storing it out-of-site from them. The available pistol/ammo box that attaches to the top seems a little extra expensive so we did not buy one yet.

Nice cabinet,has room for about 4-5 guns and a few duck boxes if they are stacked to one side.the shelf is impractical,I left it out,sturdy 3 point latch system on the door is beefier than i thought it would be.A good buy for a 100 bucks for in the house out of sight more than enough to keep out kids, but not a safe i could get into it in about 10 minutes with a quality pry-bar.

I bought this to keep my guns out of the hands of my sons. It is by no means a safe, but will do the job it is supposed to do, and the value of my guns don't justify the money spent on a safe. I picked it up at the store to cut down on the possibility of shipping damage. Looks good, no dents, dings or scratches. Secured to the wall in no time. Very happy overall.

It does just what I needed it to. But if you put to much ammo on the plastic shelf it will bow. Also it would be nice if the foam pad for the butt of the stock was either thicker or a bit more firm. Had this shipped with the site to store with no issues of damage to the box or the cabinet.

If you are looking for a safe, spend the extra $10 and buy this one. Aside from being preassembled, it is sturdy, nice looking, and customizable. I plan to get the top pistol and ammo box next week. I truly could not be happier with this purchase.

I bought this for my mosin collection. I have a nice safe for the nice expensive stuff and ran out of space. This is a nice security cabinet- NOT a safe. You can break into this with some work but will take time.it will deter thieves and keep guns safe from kids. I ordered online, arrived without a scratch. Item is very well built but don't confuse with a safe. The nly gripe I have is that that rifle rests are to high up for my ar15"s, easy fix it you use a drill down about 4 inches under the holes or Velcro :). I also added larger washers for mounting the bolts to the wall. Very Good 100 dollar item for basic collection but not recommended for storing thousand dollar and up rifles. Great for basic shotguns and less expensive rifles. Do not use for ar"s or ak"s as you will not be able to store with 30 pound mags on the rifle, it's too shallow. If you are ok storing unloaded go for it.

I bought this cabinet as a low cost secure storage option for my small gun collection. Since I move around a lot and live in apartments this little cabinet works great compared to hauling around a heavy safe everywhere. Will it protect against a robber with heavy tools...no....will it keep my guns organized and secure from a robber with no tools....absolutely. Plus I'd imagine ripping that cabinet off the studs with the four included heavy bolts would cause a lot of noise and people living around me would know something isn't right. Holds 8 guns...more like 6 and my Mosin Nagant even fits in there nicely with some maneuvering. Great buy for light security and for organizing a collection, plus it just looks sexy having that much firepower in a closet haha
