Received this on Monday quicker delivery than expected. My hubby put it together that night, took about 45 mins, without much swearing, so I assume it went together fairly smoothly. Once it was assembled, I immediately jump on it, only went partial inversion. I've been increasing the inversion slant daily. I was very skeptical about it helping my back (spinal stenosis with sciatic) but I tried everything else so figured I'd give this a try - why not? After 5 days, I feel real improvement. I'm not 100% but I did not need to take any meds yesterday or today. This is a first in 9 months!!!! I am pleasantly surprised!! I use the table twice a day for 3-5 mins each time. For the price, you should give it a try, it's well constructed and has help my back pain. Hoping for more improvement as the weeks go by.

With all the little glitches (to minor to say), I would buy this product without any hesitation. Not perfect but an awesome deal. I was on the fence before I bought it but if I knew then what I know now (having used it), I would not have hesitated even for a second. Pretty intuitive install too. I didn't even use the instructions until the feet assembly portion.

After just a little over a week of use I have noticed most of the pressure on my lower back and hips have been relieved. I have used it once or twice daily in short intervals. I am in full agreement with my Chiropractor who said when asked about this for treatment "I am all for inversion". I have been on a few other tables and this one is the best for ease of adjustment and comfort.

This table has been a blessing to my lower back.Used it for about 5 minutes the first day,(2 seperate times for about 2 or so minutes each) and by day 2 a very noticeable differance to my back. Now i use it 3-4 times a week for maybe 2 minutes each and all is good. The quality of the table is great, about 45 minutes assembly time and well worth the price. Love it, Thanks Wal Mart ...

I bought it for my daughter who was having back problems and she said it really helped. Also her physical therapist said it was a good idea to use it. Very easy to put together, you might need two people to do some of it. And as always I received it earlier than the estimated date.

This is a really good inversion table for the price. I put it together in about 1 hour. The table is very large and you need a lot of room to use it. I have not really seen any benefits yet to using an inversion table. If you are thinking about buy this, try borrowing or using a friend's first before committing to the purchase.

I have nothing but great things to say about this product. It was easy to assemble, price was a great deal for such a good product. After my first use I felt great, ready to take on the word! I use it about 5 days out of the week. It really helps if you are on your feet all day.

I purchased this to help with my herniated discs and it has been helping me. I say it is a good quality table but it does not have features like locking into place (to keep it from moving) vertical or horisontal. Nonetheless its good quality and strong frame.

I have not yet felt any results from using the inversion table. I have only used it 3 times. I must say I am impressed that it was sturdy. This is something that is not going to tip over no matter what position you use it in. I am short 4'11" and it works perfect. I feel comfortable using it. It was easy to assemble for the most part, but if you have someone to help your attach the board that you lay on, it would be easier. I did it by myself in about 45 minutes.

I researched inversion tables online at Walmart and bought this one because it was reviewed so well. There may have been others locally, but I was in no condition to go shopping, so I did the Ship-to-Store.
It went together easily. I've used it daily for a week or more. I like it. I think there are probably better designs for locking the feet in, but this is okay--unless I ever have the kind of back pain again that prevents my bending down. Don't know if anyone makes the kind that you don't have to bend all the way down to lock in, but if you can't bend over with your knees straight and touch your ankles, you will have difficulty or need an assist. When inverted, I feel that the table length should be an inch longer; I feel as if my head is sliding off the end of the table, but it's just really really close to the edge. (And yes, it is adjusted correctly.) But as I said, it does what an inversion table is supposed to do, and I'm happy with it overall.
My husband used it first, to "test drive" it for me. He was immediately nauseated. I had no trouble with that at all. And he's adjusted to it.

This table is good quality. I weigh 240lbs and have no complaints on the sturdiness part. this is my first inversion table. I was going to buy one I saw on a info ad for $300.00 I bought for my neck issues. I have not experience any good or bad results for my neck or back, but I also have not tilted it all the way back. If your looking for a good table I would recommend this one. Fairly easy to put together, easy instructions. The hardest part was to hold the table part(padded area) up to put bolts in. Having another person there would of made it easy. Carton weighs around 65lbs so might be difficult for some bringing it home.

I reviewed this product online before purchase. Walmart had the best price by far. This came as one of the top four recommended inversion tables. It is excellent. It has really helped my husband and I with our back issues. I would highly recommend this product. As I understand it is out of stock with Walmart, I hope they get it back in soon.
