I just got this phone so I could take it on my Las Vegas vacation to take video and pictures. I installed a micro sd memory card and took some pictures with it, but they will not download onto my computer. Having more problems with this then I thought I would. Very disappointed!

I was finally tired of spending an extraordinary amount on cell phone contracts when I only made a few calls a day but more text messaging so I switched to StaightTalk and although the phone is not as fancy as my other LG, it does what I need it to do.

VERY SMALL. HAS A RADIO, BUT NO WAY TO USE IT. YOU HAVE TO USE EARPHONES AND THERE IS NO WHERE TO PLUG IN THE EARPHONES. THERE IS NO WIFI. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR MINUTES, BUT NOT BROWSER TIME.

did not like the feel or the functions of the phone. will be returning it for a samsung phone which performs much better. i only bought this one because i thought it would be like the samsung phone i needed to replace which i had purchased from walmart 1 1/2 yrs ago. the text messaging does not come through in order. strange ring tones. it could be so much simpler to use.

I bought this phone for my daughter for her birthday because she travels quite often with her marching, orchestra, and jazz bands. I thought this phone would be adequate enough for us to stay in contact while she was on the road. Unfortunately, she was often unable to text from within buildings and on school or commercial busses. This problem extended to basic phone functionality: no signal inside structures (yet my AT&T samsung gophone worked with no problem), so on brutally cold nights and during downpours she had to go outside to operate the phone. Moreover, the battery life could be much better. It has to be recharged every 12 hours, and that's with it on standby. On the bright side, the phone is super compact and light. The slide mechanism works flawlessly, and for the most part the phone is very user-friendly.

i have had 12 of these 620g cells, mostly the same prob , if it shuts down, or u do it, look out, it will not turn on? i found out u must 100% charge it up like 8 hours min !!! this last one i have now , all the time it cuts out , can not hear??? & it has been powering down on its own??? wow back 100% charging !!! oh well , i just send it back to my carrier straight talk & they have been wonderful to me so far! this is a great cell phone when it works , easy to text , very easy to do calling & 5 alarm setting that i need. & has a date finder which lets you go back or forward to find calendar days that i use a lot, other phone don't have this. battery life is around 9 days if u don't use it or 2 days if u use a lot. ringer is loud if u want & pics are ok but not great!!! also this one i got web browser works for a very short time and says no service!!! but the last 11 web has worked great! this one is just a bad apple!!!

After reading all the great reviews for this phone, I decided I would purchase it. It does not live up to it's hype. Has no volume control for when you are in the car and need extra volume to hear the person you are talking to. Takes a couple of extra steps to call someone, I'm used to just hitting two buttons and now I'm up to 4 or 5. Drops calls a lot more than I did with Sprint. Is a mediocre phone. I will stick with it because I bought it and the plan is cheap, but I wouldn't recommend this phone.

I rarely write bad reviews but I do not like this phone. I'm sending it back after only three days. I can't speak to the "bugginess" of it but I cannot stand the set up of the phone. Whereas on my old cheap lphone it was easy to look up numbers, send texts, etc. this one seems to tack on three extra steps to doing anything. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it quickly yet but I have texted maybe twice in the last two days because it's such a frustrating process.

this is the worst phone i have ever owned it drops calls every 2 or 3 mins cant download ringtones without having to update it every time. the last time i added mins to it i had to call and do updates on it and that has been every time i do anything with it i would not suggest buying this phone

This is a nice phone. I loved it. The only thing is it worked off the at&t towers. So I had to go to town to use it. I live in the country. I wanted a phone just like this that works off the Verizon towers
But Wal mart did not have them. So I had to pay a little bit more money for a new phone.
The Phone is small and lite. But if you can use at&T towers you will love this phone.

this phone was the biggest waste of money ever. It drops calls all the time, it will make calls even when it's just left sitting there, and the battery is about as much use as a wet blanket. It's the last LG product we'll ever buy.
