Not a sharp blade

I was surprised that this saw blade did not have as good of a cutting edge grit on it. It was pretty much a dull blade. I have purchased this blade in the past from a home center store and the cutting edge was covered heavily with the grit. It is not cutting as clean as my other blades. Don't know if this was a defect or not but I needed it badly and had to make due.
