Overall a nice set. It introduces Guy Gardner & Tomar Re, a nice Sinestro in a GL outfit, a grey templed Hal Jordan, and a Mosaic uniform clad John Stewart. I like the selection of characters, and all come with a lantern. My only complaint is the posing in the package. It looks dynamic and is great if you are a MIB collector. Upon opening my second set, I noticed some warping in the legs from the action poses. It may be fixable using warm water to straighten the leg out and then a few minutes in the freezer to re-harden it. I do recommend the product, but be aware of the warping if you plan to open it.

Purchased this for my son. Nice packaging, and shipping from Walmart was excellent and fast. The toy box was well made and presented well. Large box featuring back stories of all the Green Lanterns included in the set. My son loves this set he collects the DC Universe figures and says these are the coolest ones so far. We have been playing with them a lot and they are standing up to his battles ;-) The Universe figures are usually well made and the joints hold well with this set.

This is a great exclusive figures. Tomar-re, Guy Garner,and surprisingly John stewart are the best figures from this pack. With Kyle Rayner coming in my green lantern collection will be complete! Thank you

I collect DC Universe Classics (DCUC) figures, so this was a natural buy for me. There are only 2 new figures in it (Guy Gardner, Tomar Re) with the 3 others being repainted/reconstructed figures. Given this fact the $65 price tag is pretty steep. The figures were all in good shape, except one that has a loose left shoulder. This set is a Walmart exclusive, so I was happy it was available online, since my local Walmarts may never get this in store. The Site to Store method took a week or two, but not paying for shipping makes it worth it. Hopefully Walmart will put all DCUC figures (particularly exclusives) on thier web site--it would make life easy for collectors like me. I think kids would also enjoy these figures, since they are highly articulated, durable, and the Green Lantern movie will be out next Spring.

One of the great things about the DC Universe Classics line is the amount of charecters it has to offer. For people like me who are big fans of green lantern this line has been very wonderful giving us a lot of different charecters from the comics. While yes this set is mainly repains all the repaints are right out a particular book or time of era in the Green Lantern time line and really they honnestly dont feel like repaint. espually the Hal Jordan figure. he was going to be my least figure to look forward to in the set, but i was really surpised how different he looks to his other releases. i was very surpised and happy with this. my one gripe with the set is they reused the Hal Jordan body too much in this set. if they has repain the first sinestro body that would have mad the set stand out all out more and make the charecters look more personal. but other then that an amazing set a must own....... that is if you can find it. it's super super hard to find.

First of all I am a huge Green Lantern fan so this set was a dream come true. Each Lantern comes with his own power Battery. here's a review on each one of the figures
1. Hal Jordan w/ White temples... This is the pre parallax version of Hal, I love it my only complaint is we have seen this same hal Jordan figure mold for ev er... it still stands the test of time though.
2. Tomar Re he is the Finheaded beak nosed alien creature, this is a first for DC Universe, his head is wonderful his body is...Hal jordans.. my only complaint is nit picky, but I believe Tomar only had 3 or 4 fingers so the figure is not comic accurate
3. Sinestro He is one of my favorite characters and it is nice to finally have him as a green lantern. he again uses the Hal Jordan body which is fine but there are two problems with him again nit picky.. he is not wearing a mask and most of the time Now-a-Days sinestro is always depicted as wearing a mask when he is a green lantern and the other problem is he usaully wears his ring on the left hand not the right. Still amazing figure.
4. John Stewart in Mossaic costume- Meh, I dont really like this costume, it is strange... yet it is John stewart and it is great for fans of the comic he uses a more physically fit body mold as opposed to the more lanky Hal Jordan Body, it is a nice change from the others in the set
5. Guy Gardner this is probably the figure that will make this set very hard to come by. Guy Gardner is a cool character with a unique body mold he is another first. and he is a very popular character. I love this figure yet there are some, again nit picky things with him. He is taller then the rest of the lanterns in the set which is kind of annoying since he really isnt in the comics. And he has his old hair style... which not many people like. of course this is classic Guy so I guess its ok but he still looks like hes stuck in the 90's
Anyways this is a fantastic set, if you are a fan of Green Lantern You MUST OWN THIS. My only major gripe is the price it cost upwards of 60 dollars but I guess that is the price you pay for greatness :-) Happy Hunting!

Ok first I'll have to admit I'm a bit of a fanboy. As a kid I was always a Marvel Zombie and didn't read any DC titles. Then I bought my first Super Powers figure and it happened to be Hal Jordan and I was hooked. Now of course both companies drain my wallet each month. I have since become a huge Guy Gardner fan and loved the Mosiac story line, so to me this set was worth it for the Guy figure and the John Stewart repaint but $12 a figure, we haven't paid that for these figures for couple of years now. Great set, very nice packaging and a great deal.
