The Inland Pro Mini USB to Wi-Fi Dongle allows you to easily connect your home desktop to your home network. By using the USB port, Wi-Fi features can be added to PCs and laptops. The plug-and-play feature makes connection easy, and because it connects up to 150Mbps, the Inland Pro Mini USB to Wi-Fi Dongle is ideal for streaming video and online gaming. The 2.4 GHz wireless dongle is backward compatible with 802.11g and 802.11b networks and has an indoor range of more than 650 feet. It employs Direct-sequence spread spectrum which is resistant to jamming and supports Linux (kernel 2.6+), MAC OS 10.4+, Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 operating systems. The Inland Pro Mini USB to Wi-Fi Dongle offers customizable security for your protection.

I bought this thing online and was extremely disapointed with what I got. It is seriously like something I could get out of a quarter machine. This was unsatisfying but not as much as the fact that this thing is in no way a usb drive and does not work period. Does not come with any sort of instructions. Awful purchase, do not recommend.

This is quite a bargain and I have found good speeds, especially at short distances. Be sure you open the package fully - there's a mini CD in there between the pieces of cardboard in the blister pack.
