I gave this microwave a 4 because the lettering is way too small. A young person with good vision would love all the choices. But an older person may have trouble reading the selections. I felt the microwave of a little high in price $170.00. It seems like a well built microwave with plenty of room inside. This was a Christmas gift so as of today I have not actually used it. The white color and the overall appearance is excellent. The problem we had was getting it shipped to us without damage. The first microwave never got to our home. The second was damaged in the back left corner and they are sending us another cover for it. This put pressure on us since this was a Christmas gift.

outstanding appliance! The features and settings offered are excellent. The design and appearance in very stylish. We've owned a Sharp product before and was very please with the quality and dependability of the product. The only thing that I can say is a con to this unit is that now that I am older I need a magnifying glass to read all the text on the option buttons. There are so many options that the text seems quite small to me.
