While my milk was coming in, me breast were hot and swollen. I would have been absolutely miserable with out these. I only used it for 2 weeks (at the most) but it was well worth it.

Great deal! I got this as an add on with the Breastflow miPump! The only thing is they say it comes with Lanolin nipple butter but my advice is buy a tube of it because all you get is a tiny like one time use packet!

This was a life saver in the first month and a half of breast feeding. My son had a very hard time learning to latch and I suffered from it. I was very sore and the ice packs with the sleeves were very soothing. I haven't ever had to use them once my breasts healed, but it was well worth the purchase. I will use this with future babies if I need them. (But hopefully they will learn to latch more quickly ;0)

This really helps those first few weeks of nursing! I will say that I only used them for a few weeks at most while getting used to nursing and now they collect dust. Use nipple cream, feed often, and you don't really need this very long, if at all.
